So I’m a bachelor and car guy. I switch cars often, not in all the same price point or brand. Ex (Miata, scat pack, wrx, f150, s5 coupe) ect. I saw a Maserati granturismo mc coupe here one night online and it really got my juices going. 5 miles from my place I decided to just go in the next day and check it out. I was very weary. Exotic type car like this at a non brandy dealer and they happened to get from auction and had about 5 owners. Alllll kinda bad looks on paper but price was about right and I owned my s5 so might as well go look. Goo experience and very nice manager ismeal. Ended up getting the car with trade on a whim. Very nervous as I didn’t know much service history but they also threw in 3 oil changes (not in contract but by handshake, yikes right?). I was so worried they wouldn’t give me the oil changes I got one right away. Now I’ve driven the car for 3 months. 4k miles. Zero issues man!!!! I also called today and asked for my 2nd complimentary oil change, manager answered and said okay we will take care of that for you! I’m really impressed. Generally these places can be sketchy at best let alone hold their word on a handshake aspect of a deal. Very happy. Also they use a local shop down the road for service that does a very good job IMO. Cheers and thanks to extreme. If you see something. Go check it out atleast….

*BEWARE* I rarely leave reviews, but people need to be aware of how this process was handled. Before they even came out, I did everything I could to communicate and make the sale smooth. I answered calls on time, stayed available throughout the evening, and even FaceTimed one of the gentlemen who later came out so he could inspect the Jeep in detail over video and ask any questions or concerns before making the drive. Despite that, communication from their side was extremely poor. They were supposed to arrive at 1:00 PM the day before Easter and did not arrive until nearly 8:00 PM, with very little meaningful communication and repeated excuses. I also followed the dealership’s requested process and paid the payoff difference out of pocket based on the agreed deal before they even came to inspect the vehicle. I owed approximately $22,3XX, and based on their agreed purchase price, I paid the difference myself so the transaction could move forward. After arriving hours late, they then began criticizing the vehicle and claiming it was “rusted out,” which was simply not true. The Jeep had only minor surface rust underneath, nothing structural, nothing frame-related, and nothing that affected the condition of the vehicle. If the condition was truly as bad as they claimed, it raises the obvious question of why they still chose to buy it. What was most frustrating was that after I had already followed their process and paid money out of pocket, they then attempted to renegotiate the price lower in person, to the point where I would have effectively been paying them to take my Jeep. This experience felt extremely unprofessional and misleading. I strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this dealership get every detail in writing and do not spend any money upfront based solely on verbal terms. By far the fastest, most simple, and transparent car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Stuart Robinson had me in and out in less than 30 minutes on my purchase. I asked for a few things to be included in the deal and came out even better than what we had initially discussed and agreed on! If you’re looking for a fast and smooth process without dealing with the “Big” dealerships. This is the place to go! We will definitely be making another purchase from here in the very near future. Ismar was great to work with! Very up front about the details in the deal we made and the process overall was the smoothest I've had. I had been searching for a golf r for months before I came across the one on their lot. Drove over 3hrs from San Antonio to take a look at it. The team kept in touch on the way. Michelle Lee was very helpful and extremely patient in dealing with me and helping me get the highly modified WRX they were selling. I looked at over 35 other WRXs from all over the country before deciding that there's was the best deal that had quality performance mods already included. Kudos too to Ryan for tirelessly helping w the financing, because when he finally found a great deal for me, an issue w my ID posed a whole new set of hoops for him to jump through which he cheerfully did. I did run into an minor issue w the car, but Michelle got it worked out to my complete satisfaction - thanks Michelle! I love my WRX and I'd definitely buy from Extreme Auto again!

I purchased a 2013 Maserati Gran Cabrio from Extreme Autoplex. The sales person, Michelle, was at the top of her game in assisting me with the purchase as were the entire management staff. I drove the car 300 miles home with no issues. The cars they offer are 1st class. In summation, a truly pleasant buying experience. The only issue I have with the overall operation of the business, is they don't have a free refreshment bar like Lexus and Porsche dealerships (smile) . However they have beautiful cars that value wise far exceeds major dealership pricing and value. I wholeheartedly recommend this business.
