Shreveport Convention Center

Had a fantastic time here at our Muay Thai tournament. The hall was very spacious and the bathrooms were clean. Staff was very friendly.

I volunteered for The Taste at the Shreveport Convention Center. I passed out ice cream for Holy Angel's. So much fun to be a part of this.

Every year Shreveport's Holy Angels holds an event that showcases local restaurants called TASTE . This year there were about 40 restaurants plus some food made by the residents of Holy Angels . You could find just about anything that you could want to eat here , including lasagna (made by the residents) , quesidillas , fried fish (from the fire department) , chocolate covered strawberries , barbecue , and much more . If you get thirsty at this event , there are four bars located around the hall . The Holy Angels choir and a local band provided entertainment . They also have a silent auction each year featuring works from the residents and local artists . This is one of the best events in Shreveport every year .

The hotel was nice but the elevators were out from the Skywalker into the hotel...it was hot walking carrying luggage only to walk back out and down and across the street. This was my first time staying at the Hilton and this was not a good impression. We were there for a wedding the wedding was beautiful as well as the food.

This is one of my favorite venues in Shreveport! This is my second time attending an event here. This time around was for DJ Envy’s Drive Your Dream Car Show which was one of the Humor & Harmony weekend events. The bathrooms were squeaky clean. This appears to be a semi new venue. The parking garage was secure as there was security doing patrols as I parked. There is a bridge that connects to the parking garage and the venue which was very convenient!

We went to complete in a cheer event. There were 215 teams (coaches, parents, siblings and team members were all in attendence. The place is decent size for amount of people that were there. They have multiple rooms and floors so your not packed in with no room to move, however for a place of that size there was 1 women's bathroom to the main area that had 5 stalls in it and of those 5 3 were out of order. This should have and needed to be fixed before having that many people attend an event. Bathroom lines were very long and if you had a small child that needed to go potty and get back to team before going on stage your at the mercy of others letting you skip in line or the child can hold it til after she performs

Great location to attend events in downtown Shreveport. The cooling was perfect on a hot day the space was clean. The attached Hilton hotel is the perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at the convention center. Location was easy to get to and just two blocks from the casinos. Attend your event and then go gable.

This is a wonderful facility for Shreveport. It could use a slight make over, update and repairs to elevators, etc and finding a way for more parking would be fantastic, but it is downtown and parking is always fun.
