Lighthouse Roasters

Love love love lighthouse. Great neighborhood coffee spot that values human connection and conversation. I love buying beans there, grabbing a quick espresso and pastry, or even just stopping by while dog-sitting to grab a treat from their jar! (very dog friendly). They always have great local artists on display as well. There is almost always a line in the mornings but it moves quickly, so don't let it scare you off!

Best coffee in Seattle - no offense to other spots - it's just hard to beat the skill of the baristas, the intimacy of the barstool service, and the fact that there's a hulking steam engine roasting the beans in the room with you. Always a treasure to drink here, never taken for granted!

Used to be a go to spot. However, staff changes in recent months have seriously affected the quality. The current crew of baristas don't know how to make good coffee. Extra star because I like the coffee beans and they're worth using at home. I'll pass on getting coffee served to me here again.

This Coffee Roasters offers a good experience. The coffee is good, and I enjoyed the raspberry bar from their pastry selection - it was fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, though the level of attentiveness seemed to vary depending on the customer. The space itself is inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. It's worth noting there's no Wi-Fi, which may be a downside for those looking to work remotely but upside for some real human connections. During my visit, the roasting machines weren't in use, so I missed out on seeing the roasting process in action. They have ton of inventory of merchandise, from apparel and mugs to coffee grinders - great for gift shopping or coffee enthusiasts looking to gear up. Would definitely return, but there’s room for improvement to make the experience even more consistent.

My husband and I've been coming to Lighthouse Roasters ( Our all time favorite coffee shop), for over 6 years because it's the most amazing coffee house in Seattle! My kiddos have been enjoying it too. If you're looking for a great fresh roasted coffee, this place is definitely for you. TOP NOTCH!

The hot and ice chai tea drinks were mild. They almost tasted a bit watered down. I was a little disappointed.

A wonderful spot, emphasizing community and good coffee. I kind of love that they don't encourage wifi usage. At Lighthouse you see people crocheting, playing board games, and sharing stories. It's a wonderful vibe. The staff is also incredibly kind and great at making drinks!

Very good customer service(5 stars). Not so good coffee(2 stars). Had the Sumatra drip coffee and was rather disappointed. Unfortunately I’d like to support these good people, but when I can get delicious coffee from other small shops for equivalent pricing I just won’t be returning….
