The Penthouse

Had a wonderful last supper with my lovely new lady before her departure. This is a special place when you want to make a great impression. Our server Jimmy was very friendly. Everything was very fresh. Duck was perfectly tender. See you next time for our reunion!

While staying at the hotel, we ate here almost every morning and night. The prices are a little expensive, but it is a very delicious, fun, and enjoyable place. Everything is very fresh, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are very tasty. I definitely recommend it. And the music is legendary. On some nights, they played a lot of Madonna, and despite my cracked rib, I danced like crazy.

We did the cabana experience, and yes, it's expensive. But very worth it! We had the oysters and burrata to start, the burrata was very good. And then we did the filet mignon carpaccio and diver scallops (those were my favorite). And then for our main We had the lobster agnolotti and the a5 wagyu ribeye. All of it was fantastic! Truly a lovely 5 star experience. We did take our tiramasu to go because we just got too full and tired lol. Our waitress was super helpful and friendly, and lovely young jazz band playing throughout the evening really completed the night. 10/10 would recommend!

New Favorite! Amazing restaurant, really good service all the staff works perfectly with one another. Loved everything we ate. Can’t say enough of the ambiance and the spectacular views all around.

Celebrated my son's rehearsal dinner at Penthouse Restaurant at The Huntley Hotel on May 2026. Traveled from the east coast and visited numerous restaurants. Very thankful that we were able to find The Penthouse. Mandy Amini, Director of Events, assisted us with the entire process. Must say she made this process so easy for us. I would like to thank you for being patient and helping us during this process. I also commend you for making this event a huge success. Don't know where to start. The restaurant was set up perfectly, the view was spectacular, the service was flawless and appreciated, the food and drinks were excellent. Just perfection!! Thanks again Mandy and the staff for all your help.

Went on a rainy day and it couldn’t have been more beautiful. The views were stunning even through the weather, giving the whole place a cozy, cinematic vibe. I ordered the burrata pizza along with a cold brew and a cappuccino — everything was delicious and presented beautifully. Such a lovely spot; I’d definitely come back.

Amazing brunch experience at The Penthouse at Huntley Hotel ☀️ We ordered the Burrata Pizzetta and the Black Truffle Pizzetta. Both were flavorful, light yet satisfying, and perfect for brunch. The views are unbeatable, with a beautiful panorama of the ocean and the city that makes the whole experience feel extra special. Great daytime vibe, delicious food, and a must-visit spot in Santa Monica. 🌊✨

Beautiful views and delicious food! They were very accomodating towards switching out a few things since we dont have red meat. The chillaquiles was very tasty and so was the shakshuka. Will go again soon.
