I cannot say enough good things about Akhari at Honda of Santa Monica!! After visiting several dealerships, I can honestly say this was the first place where I felt completely comfortable, respected, and genuinely taken care of. Akhari was warm, gracious, down to earth, and incredibly knowledgeable without ever making me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions, helped me understand my options, and made the whole experience feel easy and human. He even made coffee for me and my dad and brought us water without us even asking, which really says a lot about the kind of care he brings to people. Huge shoutout to Matt, the manager, as well. He was honest, reasonable, transparent, and very down to earth. He walked us through the price breakdowns clearly and made us feel like we were in good hands the whole time. Honda of Santa Monica truly feels like family. I’ve even gone back just to drop off some of my favorite baked goods for the team and grab one of their delicious coffees they have for customers. It feels amazing to know that I now have a “car family” with Akhari, Matt, and the Honda of Santa Monica team. I highly, highly recommend them. My journey/experience with Honda Santa Monica started back in September of 2020. I am from the Central Valley of California and I drove almost 3 hours to go here. It was worth it and so glad a I did. That is where I met Joaquin. It was my first time getting a car. I ended up leasing a 2020 CRV. (shadow) I then went back 3 years later in June of 2023 where Joaquin helped me turn in and upgrade my lease to a 2023 Hybrid Sport CRV (river). Now 3 years later I went back yesterday to buy out my lease of my 2023 Hybrid Sport CRV and take River back home. I love how over the past 6 years Joaquin has helped me with car decisions, giving me great knowledge on the cars, numbers and any questions I had. I absolutely love how he always remembered the names of my car as I like to name them. They help you out, make the process as smooth as possible and are knowledgeable of their cars. Make sure to visit and ask for Joaquin, he's the best and you will not be disappointed. Attached are pictures of him putting on my plates to the 2020 CRV, then the upgrade to the 2023 hybrid sport and then him with my car River I bought out yesterday. Thank you Joaquin and Honda Santa Monica, I am so glad to have brought River home and I will continue to do business with you guys and refer family and friends. It is worth the almost 3 hour drive south to you guys.
