My husband and I went on the tour and so happy we did. Cyrus was our tour guide and he is so knowledgeable on all things San Francisco. We would have never known about all the history and all the different areas of San Francisco other than the normal tourist areas so that was what we loved most. Cyrus was very funny and so professional. He was a great navigator through the city. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see all of San Francisco not just the tourist areas and be driven around and able to stop and get out for pictures at some of the places was a plus.

Visitor notes
Ky was incredible! I booked this tour to surprise my husband for our 10 year anniversary and I’m glad to say it was the perfect gift! We got to see the beautiful and classic spots of San Francisco while also seeing neighborhoods more tucked away with so much life. The tour was down to earth, personable and incredibly well executed. Vibes were always great and every minute was more fun than the last! Couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Note: We got to fisherman's wharf with about 30 minutes to spare prior to our tour, I recommend doing the same so you and your loved ones can grab some water and use the free restrooms in the national park museum nearby.
What an absolutely amazing tour! You may not think it's up your street but believe me it has something for everyone. Travel in a genuine old 1970's Wolkswagen van ( so small groups ) to see lots of the usual and some completely different parts of the friendliest city I know! Tara was excellent, sharing great stories & so much information on S F " hippy history" throughout the tour. She was not only great she was very funny and wonderfully friendly! She stopped in a place so close the the Golden Gate for us to take photos. Tara even took many photos of us wherever we were, without asking her either! We weren't rushed or made to feel that we didn't have time for everything. You'll learn a lot about San Francisco and more, with history on individual famous people as well as the buildings and transport . All with great music playing, still Tera would always hear your questions and and always knew the answers. I couldn't imagine a better guide to take us on this crazy, wonderfully explained and completely different side of San Francisco tour! You're amazing Tara and don't let anyone tell you different! Your friends from the UK
We had a final evening in town with no plans. After a quick search for some fun tours, we came across this one and we are so glad we did! Our tour guide was like an old friend who was excited to have us in town and show us all of the cool things he knew. Truly a great time and a great way to catch those last few spots we had missed during our quick visit to the city!
We all loved the tour. Tara was a great guide, fun, happy, knowledgable about SF. It was one of the better guided tours we've done over the years. Fun vibe in the VW vans.
THIS is the only way to see San Francisco. Immersive and personal, with stops and views of places bigger tour buses miss. If you’re looking for Janis, Jerry, and Jimi, we found them on our tour! Ending as our own impromptu parade down Lombard was a highlight of our whole trip! We had a blast! Thank you Tara and Rosie!!!
A trip that worth the money! Cyrus is a true Ambassador for San Francisco!!! He knows the history of San Francisco like crazy and does a great job in explaining it! He made me want to stay there few more days!!
I would highly recommend to anyone (even residents) to take this tour…entertaining, fascinating, informative, beautiful and so much fun! Cyrus was the absolute BEST tour guide (and driver)…a wealth of knowledge/information and fun facts/stories/history, so personable/personality plus!
