I went on a Monday there wasn't too many people. The parking to go in took a bit long if you get the parking online it's $25 and $30 there. The line to get your bag searched also took a bit. I had a clear backpack so they just looked at it and let me in. Inside the water park the water was so cold but it was ok. I enjoyed the wave cove. I really really liked the Amazon adventure. My nephews four boys one girl (10-13 year olds) they were done in four hours. They told me like three different slides were closed and were told they didn't have enough lifeguards to have them open. They don't sell alcohol. You can't take any food not even snacks! You can take your water bottle in though but that's about it. It wasn't my favorite place but it was ok. Tickets are $59 if you know what date you're going to go. $65 if you go Saturday or Sunday.

I went the other day on a Thursday, It was so Understaffed that half of the rights were closed, Basically, the only rides they had open was kid land, and two other big rides Lazy river and all the rides over there were closed all day, I bought a admission ticket for my mom and it was just a waste of money because we didn’t even get to enjoy, And then they close the big wave pool and the kid land an hour before closing… Like what a waste of money. They charge what they charge to not be understaffed. This is ridiculous
This park has definitely some work to be done. Bathrooms were dirty, a lot of the restaurants were closed, and their icon slide, aqua rocket, was closed all day for maintenance one of the workers said. We also got the basic fast pass and on more than one occasion the worker managing the fast past line and normal line merging were not managing the lines. Rules regarding water shoes, sandals, crocks, and other similar footwear on slide were enforced very inconsistently, one worker told me it was fine for the mat racers and rode it again later and was told to remove and hold them. There are good things to note about this park though. One, the water in the wave pool, lazy river, and other similar areas is noticeably cooler than the water on the slides making them perfect sports to cool off. Two, most of the slides are pretty fun and on the mat racers specifically you are able to catch some air time. However, I would not recommend speed slides. The wait was extremely long, about 40-50 minutes, the one with the double drop was closed so you could only ride the one with the triple drop. At the end of the slide due to the formation they require you to slide in water shoots up your nose upon entering the splash pool. As the name suggests though, you do get a considerable about of speed, so take that into consideration if you will.
I visited the water park recently, and unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The park feels very outdated — a lot of the infrastructure looks old and definitely in need of renovation. The rides themselves were okay — nothing too special, but they did the job. Unfortunately, it was hard to enjoy them because the waiting times were extremely long. We had to wait between one and two hours for almost every attraction, which really tested our patience. There was hardly any shade or seating in the waiting areas, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the visit was underwhelming. For the price, we expected a lot more — especially better crowd management and perhaps some more modern attractions. If you’re planning to visit this park, be prepared for very long wait times and a rather outdated experience.
We visited RW on a Sunday, and despite reading so many reviews warning against going on weekends, we had an amazing day. I have been to many water parks in Europe and Asia, and this one could truly compete with them. We bought our tickets online and arrived around 9:30 a.m., since it takes some time to get from the parking lot to the park. Early in the morning, we waited no more than five minutes for each ride. Around noon, the wait times were about 15 minutes, and later, around 4 p.m., the longest we waited was about 30 minutes. Definitely bring water shoes or water socks because the ground can get very hot. The food was okay, but overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend visiting.
We made a reservation for a group of 22 people and even reconfirmed it ahead of time. To make matters worse, we had already paid the day before. Everyone in our group had to rearrange their schedules and take time off to make these plans. After driving approximately 1.5 hours, with several kids excited and ready to have fun, we arrived only to find the place closed and not operating at all. The experience was extremely disappointing and showed a complete lack of communication and professionalism. The only explanation we were given was that the employee who helped us “doesn’t work here anymore,” as if that somehow excuses the situation or makes it our responsibility. When customers reserve, confirm, and pay in advance, they should be able to expect the business to honor those arrangements. Instead, our entire group was left stranded after investing significant time, money, and effort. I would not recommend this business based on our experience.
My family had a blast at Raging Waters.💜We visited September 7, 2025. The parking was $25 and you ride a shuttle to the park. The ticket line wasn't long you scan it at a kiosk. The lines were kinda long but not as bad as some say. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Will come again next summer!
Over all the water park was great. Accessible parking, all the rides had good instructions, the lifeguards were very attentive and friendly, and the food and desserts were varied and the service excellent. The only thing that the prices to rent cabanas are ridiculous 😒 just to rent a piece of shadow with a few chairs come on over $300 is to much.
