Unbelievable you can't make this up . Current a new customer not impressed after technician came out cleared my drain line and next day ran camera for breaks. Once spotted work up 2 estimate on how to proceed. Our insurance company State Farm agreed to fix from brake to city connection est cost over $8000. Excavators came out drugged the hole to expose breaks in pipe only not enough to real fix . They drugged on 07/02/2026. You would think someone from Elmer's plumbing department would come out to dig site for material list and to see if all areas to be fix are expose. First my wife was told they are waiting on a part to connect to city side, then the hole isn't deep enough. Here it's 07/08/2026 still nothing done after jumping through many insurance hoops and have money deposited ready to pay in full. Each day this hole is expose is a liability concern to my wife and I, who pays for any one or pet falls in hole. The reason for getting this fix is to stop sewer backup, but it's starting to be a nightmare in the making. I have a signed contract for work needed to be perform , a little over $400 invested and a large hole . We were told last week after they dug it that Monday the plumbers would be out to fix the pipe still waiting. My wife talked to someone from there and he said this is the first he's got word that we even have a plumbing issue here after the excavator have already dug. So they lock us into using them by signing a contract and now they drag their feet. I have two plumbers that live across the street from me but I choose not to use I use a reputable company and there are guys here that would easily take this job and ready to go, but because we're using a insurance claim I want to use a company that consumers have trusted. So far I haven't seen any efforts to back the reviews they have been getting. After writing this review I got a quick response on Google but no follow-up. They showed face for sure on Google to make it look like they were reaching out. But in reality never got a call no response and dragging their feet on plumbing work that needed to be done and now due to rain and just dragging their feet the repairs are done, but the hole is slowly but surely covering itself up due to lack of follow-up prompt inspections and to remove this dirt pile for my yard. Plus all of the debris of the old pipe is still here I don't know why they didn't take it so that the dirt when pushed back in doesn't push back in Old pipe. Today date on my review 07/25 still in progress. State farm has done their part and depositing a check into my account so that I could pay them they have been paid and still dragging their feet. This is the second major plumbing company I've had come out and do work that was not a good look on their company this really upsets me and discusses me I work hard to come home to a month of fixing one piece of pipe.

We’ve been having issues with our unit on and off, and had terrible luck with other companies. Elmer’s sent Mario Olivares to assess our issues and he was truly fantastic! He was in constant communication so we always knew what was going on and where we were in the process, very timely and punctual, and down to earth. We really appreciated him taking the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed, not throwing money away on things we didn’t need or trying to oversell. I can’t say enough good things about Mario and Elmers!

Manny Contreras was very thorough explaining what was going on with my HVAC unit. He took the time and took some images of the issues he found and showed them to me. Being a visual learner, this made a big difference understanding the issue. I give him a 5-star rating, super clear and honest. Your company is very blessed to have him as a technician.

KenShaun and Raul, These two are the HVAC version of Kobe and Shaq or even Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen — the kind of duo you hope you get but rarely do. They replaced my entire system. The AC thing that blows air and the big fan outside my house. From the moment they arrived, it was obvious they were on a different level. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and completely in sync. One would explain exactly what was going on while the other was already solving it. No confusion, no wasted time — just smooth teamwork and serious expertise. They walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense (which says a lot because HVAC has always felt like “mystery box technology” to me). They were very transparent. Just honest, high-quality work. The job was flawless, smooth, precise, and done right the first time. They treated my home with respect and didn’t leave until everything was running perfectly. Honestly, I feel sorry for the people who don’t get these two on their job. If you’re lucky enough to have them show up at your door, you’ve already won.

Michelle was absolutely phenomenal. She came in, did a thorough review of our house, and walked us through our options. At no point was she pushy, and she was great in helping us understand exactly what our options were. Would ask for her again, and would trust her with any of our HVAC needs.

Customer Service with Elmers is always pleasant. Dax came over to our home, to do our 6 month Service. He was well knowledg and explain what was check and very detailed about what was done. So far we Elmers has been good. They take care of your unit and do not pressure when they have suggestions. They have great plans as well. Each tech that has come has been excellent.

From the first call to schedule a service to Mario coming out to get the AC looked at everything was top notch. Super courteous and respectful of our time and money. Got us step up the same day for a new unit and duct cleaning. Highly recommended.

I purchased a new air conditioning system through Elmers about two years ago along with the maintenance plan. I just had my maintenance appointment done and the technician Mark was great, very personal and efficient with his work. I look forward to doing business whit him and Elmers in the future. However if there’s anything they Elmer’s could work on I’d say they could work on scheduling a bit better, especially for the folks that have purchased the maintenance programs and automatically schedule the next maintenance app or if it can’t be done automatically make it part of the process while on the phone or during the installation process.
