We haven’t been here before. We liked the reenactment, however one of the actors had a mask on and she was hard to hear. The dungeon is cool (wish they would switch to red lighting instead of the black light) better to retain night vision. But overall we enjoyed it. It is a one a done, but worth getting the combo ticket and doing the other museums.

It was a good tour and we actually learned a lot! However, we were surprised that it was not just a tour, but also sitting through a 20 minute reenactment. You have to stand in the gift shop for about 10-20 minutes before the show, which is odd but okay. The acting in the show was very good, and the tour guide was wonderful, she is very knowledgeable and well-spoken. The dungeon tour was interesting and really immersive. It was worth it for the price.

Amazing experience. Audrey and Emma do an amazing reenactment of what a witch trial day in court would have been like. The dungeons give you a glimpse of how miserable the conditions were. Highly recommend if you love live entertainment with some amazing history attached.

Awesome experience. Live reenactment was great and the dungeon was appropriately creepy.

I really enjoyed this museum. The hostess and actresses were absolutely great (July 7, 2026). It was well done. The dungeon tour in the basement was very interesting as well. What a terrible time in history, but it’s important to remember it, so it never happens again!

I definitely recommend you check this museum out if you are interested in the witch history of Salem and how the trials went down. There are interactive elements throughout and the reenactment was immersive enough to imagine what it could have been like for these people.

This one was iffy for me. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and the actresses were good in the opening scene, which makes up most of the experience. Our guide whose name I can't remember was very personable and was able to answer a lot of our questions. But when you go downstairs into the dungeon...oh boy. The smell of mildew immediately hits you. It's super dark, and not even in a cool or creepy way. Just dark. The floors is uneven and easy to trip on, especially in the Salem Village portion. You can see the paint chipping off of the figures in the cells. In the Gallows Hill scene, the executioner's mask is white and pointy like a white supremacist. The guide tried to explain that it's an old scene and hasn't been updated in over 30 years but it still needs to be updated. With the amount they charge, they should be able to make these updates. Also, you cannot bring walkers, wheelchairs or strollers down there so disabled people can't even experience it. Overall a good and informative experience but needs a lot of updating.

★☆☆☆☆

The owner was extremely rude and didn’t explain anything for the tour and forced us into spending $50 extra when we were there for 1 tour. There are 100s of other amazing museums that explain the same things. You’d be better going there because then they won’t scam you out of your money. You people need to do better and Maybe explain your policies and what you offer more clearly when you walk in the doors
