Salem Wax: A Halloween Experience & The Haunted Neighborhood

Came here for my first time for their holiday event. Overall I did not think it was worth the price. My friend had already been without the Christmas decor and did not want to do it again but I made her. The wax people were very creepy and all they did was add Christmas decor inside, I would not come back to be honest.

This is another self-guided museum that you can be in and out within 25 minutes or so depending on whether or not you read the descriptions of each exhibit. This museum is pretty small, and it gives a bit of history of Salem, which includes the Witch Trials. They do have a fantastic gift shop as soon as you walk in, and I was able to pick up some great souvenirs that I didn't find in other places. The staff is also friendly and helpful as well. I recommend this museum if one is not looking to spend a good amount of time here like myself. The price of admission, however, is a bit steep for the amount of exhibits a person sees.

If you love wax museums, you will really enjoy this! It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk through and see all the wax exhibits. If you don't like wax museums, then go to the Salem Witch Museum. This is a nice wax museum, but it's not super educational or informative in really, and if you don't know the history of the Salem Witch Trials, then its just some nice scenery.

Good overall. We did the 3 combo attractions pass and saw this. It was a nice experience overall. Not anything spectacular, but there were some interesting figures and history.

It was a basic small museum with a little bit of history about the Salem witch trials. And it also has so history about pirates and privateers. If you're on a budget I would skip this attraction. It was $50 total for 2 adults and 2 kids. The whole museum only takes about 15 minutes to walk through.

A great self guided tour with lots of displays available. Great information on the history and plenty of photo opportunities. Not a bad size either. We visited during October on a Sunday morning and the crowd wasn’t bad at all, with no wait to get in.

Soooo much fun!! This is a must do if you visit Salem!!! All three events the museum is super cool and two haunted houses and all are conveniently next door to each other right by the cemetery!!! The haunted houses def gave a a shrilling chill with lots of jump scares, screams and laughs about it after!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a neat place to visit. You get to see wax statues of people from the past. All with descriptions of their role and events at that time. They are well made. Nice historical value and education. It's worth it!.
