Vinoy Park is one of the most beautiful spots in downtown St. Pete. The waterfront views of Tampa Bay are absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s the perfect place for walking, biking, relaxing on the grass, or just enjoying the breeze by the water. I love how peaceful it feels while still being close to the energy of downtown, the pier, and local restaurants. The park is always clean, scenic, and full of life with events, concerts, runners, families, and people enjoying the outdoors. Definitely one of the gems of St. Petersburg and a must-visit if you’re in the area.
As morning's first light crept over the horizon, solstice kissed my skin, and I stood witness to the rhythmic dance of waves against the shore, pelicans and seagulls soaring overhead, the crisp air filling my lungs with the scent of salt and possibility. The sky erupted into a kaleidoscope of colors, ushering in serenity, and then, majestically, the sun rose, its warm hues of orange, yellow, and red slowly unfolding like a promise. With this new dawn, every possibility unfolds, and today becomes a chance to forge a fresh path.

We were here for the Tampa Bay Blues Festival on 4/12/26. What a perfect location for an event like this. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the restrooms and the grounds clean.
Went to the Tampa bay blues fest this past weekend. The 30th anniversary of the fest here in Tampa. It was such a blast and the music was incredible! Such a great time. The park is super clean and lots to see and do!

Pelicans flying by, a smattering of palm trees to frame nice pics, the occasional dolphin hunting less than 10' away!
It would have been a perfect morning if it wasn't 45 degrees and breezy - LOL
If you are even within a half hour drive, this park is worth it! The sunrises are spectacular, and comes alive and vibrant with activities and sun lovers alike.
The park was the location for the St. Anthony triathalon. So many people participating and spectating. The park was the perfect spot. The swim in the bay the transition in the park and the finish line running into the park was outstanding. Plenty of space and beautiful views.
