Chihuly Collection

We love Chihuly! This was our first visit to the collection in Tampa, and it had some really great pieces for its collection. We enjoyed the informal movie that talked a little about his life and process as well as some details about some of his exhibitions. If compared to the Seattle Collection, this one is much smaller, but it’s still worth the visit. Pair it with the glass blowing demonstration too and you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely loved visiting the Chihuly Museum in downtown St. Pete! The experience was both visually stunning and incredibly informative. I really enjoyed learning about the beginnings of Chihuly glass and how the artist developed his unique style over time. The presentation of the artwork is beautifully done—each piece is displayed in a way that makes it feel immersive and engaging. Every room had something new and interesting to take in, and the creativity behind each installation is just amazing. This is definitely a must-see when you’re in downtown St. Pete. Highly recommend!

If you like glass art and of course Chihuly work, then this is for you. A lovely but small collection, well presented without being overwhelming. A lovely museum and don’t miss the short film on Dale Chihuly. My favorite exhibit however was the glass makes my show literally 1 minute down the road and included in your entry fee - do not miss this - simply excellent and well presented although it can get a little hot (to be expected 😊).

This amazing, colorful glass art gallery is a must go! I normally like to post pictures; however, I posted minimal so it’s a nice surprise for y’all. It takes only about 30 minutes to meander through and you also have access to go to an hourly live glass blowing workshop across the street! Just check their schedule because I don’t know if there are summer hours (too hot!)

Great space to appreciate the well renowned artist Dale Chihuly. Be sure to visit the Morean Arts Center after. Your ticket also gives you access to see a glass blowing demonstration!

A wonderful sampling of chihuly's best work. It is intimate, easily accessible, and a treat to enjoy the beauty of his glass work. St. St. Petersburg. Extra bonus the Moran art studio and glass blowing is located half a block away and included in the reasonable entrance fee to the chihuly collection. This 1 hour glass blowing exhibit and wonderful opportunity to purchase local artista' glassworks is a must see. A wonderful way to spend a few hours in downtown St. Petersburg!

Great place to go if you like Dave Chihuly and his fine glass sculptures . With your paid admission you get to see an glass blowing presentation which is 30 minutes long . Then back across the street to his museum there are many sculptures to see take pictures of and 1 video presentation. Restrooms drinking fountains available , gift shop at both locations . On street parking didnt have to pay .
