Minnie Ha Ha Park

Beautiful, clean park with something for everyone. Paved walking trails, multiple playgrounds, clean restrooms, river lookout and access to fish.

Such a cute park for a walk. One drawback would be the amount of mosquitoes i encountered. There were some parts shaded and some part not. Overall a relaxing place. There were several small playgrounds for the kids as well.

Minnie Ha Ha Park was a nice recreation area by the Meramec River. There is a walking path that goes under the Route 30 bridge that links to Stieren Park. These parks offer picnicing, playgrounds, soccer fields, beach volleyball, BMX track, baseball fields, and walking/biking paved paths. The roads and parking lots are black topped. Along the walking trails, there are frequent benches to rest. There are also primitive restrooms. No running water, but hand sanitizer is available. The walking paths are wide and shared with bicycles. On the Minni Ha Ha side of the park, the trails have two short but steep slopes that were a challenge for mobility impaired. The trails on the Stieren Park side were mostly level, much easier walking. The only real negative is that the parks are along Route 30, and there is a lot of road noise.

We hosted a baby shower for my daughter. Wonderful day at the park. The playground was right there for the other kids to play in easy sight.

Nice, small park with great look-out area over Meramec river. Covered picnic areas, play area, restrooms available. Bicycle service station with tools across from restrooms. Peace and quiet.

One of my favorite historical sites! This beautiful bridge is a favorite for wedding and family pictures. In the summer the clear clean water is a favorite to locals. I always bring my out of town guests to see and learn about our rich heritage here in Missouri.

It’s not for everyone, and the Meramec River has minimum of one drowning per year, so mind your Ps and Qs with the children there. It’s So Hot in St. Louis summers, the water looks enticing; No Swimming signs posted. Fishing allowed (checking schedule license requirements for adults (they probably let 10 & under slide, but not you! This place is excellent for a walk, good place to start your own Mosquito Ranch.

The paved walking paths are shady and great for exercise. There is a nice overlook of the Meramec River. We didn't explore the entire park, but what we walked was decent.
