Jump Around Party Rentals

We’ve rented from Jump Around many times and we are always impressed with the quality of items as well as the friendliness of the staff. From the front of office to the delivery peeps, everyone is so nice. 10/10 will rent from them again!

Fantastic service and value. No weird fees like I saw with other services. This is the second time I've used them for my son's birthday at our brewery. The kids had a blast and the employees were in and out so quickly. Everything was setup and removed efficiently.

Every time l use them for bouncy house rental it’s so easy! The website is simple to use and their staff communicate well about drop off times. They even drop off early so you get more fun for your buck! Definitely would recommend and hope to use again.

Rented a bounce house/slide combo for my two boys’ birthday party and could not have been more disappointed. The delivery person setup and noticed a large gash on the side of the slide. He spoke with management who said they would be out that day or the following morning to repair (bounce house was delivered around noon on Friday with the party being at noon on Saturday). We did not hear from anyone, so I called and spoke with them at 4:00 on Friday; the lady said she was not aware and would pass on to management and they would reach back out to me with a time of repair. Again, no one reached out. I called and spoke with the manager, Melissa, on Saturday at 9 am who said she was unaware of the any issue (the lack of communication within this small business is absurd). She said she would speak with the person who would repair the bounce house and get back with me. Big surprise, she did not get back with me. I called her at 1030, and she said no one would be able to repair the bounce house because of vehicle issues and for us to use “duct tape”. The lack of care of children’s safety with this company is abhorrent. First, I do not understand why it’s acceptable to knowingly deliver a defective product that children are going to use, but to not actually repair it when you’ve had 24 hours notice? I just cannot understand. Melissa said that she would give us a discount, but did not state a number and of course I have heard nothing further from this company. I would stay far away from them and find another company who has higher standards to use.

We have rented multiple jump houses from Jump Around and each time has been a great experience. The delivery and pickup is always very simple and the team does a great job of securing the jump house and ensuring we know how to use all the features such as water addons. We will definitely rent again!

I booked online with jump around party rentals last weekend for my 4yo paw patrol birthday party and it was great! Easy online booking, they reached out to let me know the exact time they’d be delivering the bounce house which was actually a day early! The set up was really fast and the employees were very nice and professional. I wasn’t home when they picked up but they removed everything and left everything nice and clean. We will definitely be using them again next year and I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

This is the second year in a row that we have used Jump Around Rentals to rent a bounce house for our daughter's birthday party. Each time they have been professional, helpful, communicative, and on time and on top of it at every point of the process. They will continue to be our go to for future birthday parties. Can't recommend working with them enough!
