Everyone is ALL about the pet! Our big guy couldn’t stop licking the Vet Tech Isaac, but he just received Xerxes love with joy. It made our experience so comfortable. Our fur baby doesn’t even resist going into the clinic.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for about two years now. Dr. Clemons truly cares about my dog and always takes the time to make sure she gets the care she needs. The vet techs and the front desk staff are also very kind and helpful. Overall, it’s a wonderful veterinary clinic and I highly recommend them.

We have been taking our dogs to RCVC for 10 years. Appointments are easy to schedule and their staff is friendly and caring. We have received excellent care even through difficult medical conditions. I highly recommend Rockwall County Veterinary Clinic for all your pet needs.

We had a great experience on our 1st visit. The staff was very friendly and made our dog very comfortable. I felt like they were honest on what we should and should not do as far as shots which I highly appreciated. My daughter also takes her dog there and is the one who recommended them to me.

This was our go to clinic after Timbercreek closed shop down on 276. It was convenient and it was close, but after working with this provider for more than a couple years now (few more years on that with our previous dogs) - we felt it was time to move along to a different vet provider, following discrepancies with handling our pets care needs. A more personable and rational care plan would’ve been preferred at this location, but in the end, a simple matter of finding a vet that would handle our pets the way we’d like was discovered just a short hop down the road. Definitely treated our dogs right here just was not the right kind of provider we were hoping to work with as owners.

We adopted a 8 month old chiweenie on Friday after and was happy to get him in for check up, booster and chipped on Monday. He is our 4th current dog Rockwall County Vet Clinic cares for. The staff, techs and Vets are great at treating our fur babies with care.

Finding a good vet was my top priority when we moved to Dallas and boy we were blessed to have found Dr. Clemons and her team!!! She has such compassion for the animals. I couldn't believe she got on the floor to examine our beloved basset hound when he hurt his back...I was sold and so appreciative. We just got fall shots for all three that went seamlessly. Dr. Clemons was thorough, knew the breed and their issues with ears, didn't oversell and she listened. Best yet, the dogs felt very comfortable with her and her incredible staff. Thank you 😊

Didn’t even make it to the first appointment. I called the office the day of my dogs first appointment to simply ask if there was an earlier opening because I had time open up on my schedule for work. I was very kind and said there was absolutely no issue either way just thought I would ask (she could have said it works best for them for me to come at my already scheduled time). The Lady sighed loudly and then proceeded to say if I didn’t have a preference on dr. They have one opening but it’s in 30 min and then sarcastically laughed……Absolutely gross behavior for simply calling to ask VERY nicely if there was any chance of an earlier slot?! I will never bring my dog here.
