Towers Shopping Center

There is quite a bit here at this strip mall. Several places to eat. Several places to shop. Kroger's and ABC store around back. Very nice little mall. My biggest gripe is that the parking lot can be pretty hectic at times.

Towers Shopping Center is a great place to stop if you're looking to get a lot done in one area. There are so many shops and services here, and I like that it’s spread across both sides of the road, so there's even more to check out. The parking lot is huge, which makes it easy to find a spot even during busy times. It's in a great location and very easy to navigate. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

I was actually at AFC Urgent Care and they were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there again! It seemed like it was a long time but it really wasn't and I left feeling a whole lot better!

I live close and there is a lot going on here, Great foods, Kroger, Planet Fitness, and much more. Very clean , positive atmosphere! Close to everything Roanoke has to offer!

I’m not a huge fan of malls, but this one is incredibly comprehensive; it has everything you need. It’s small, yet vast in terms of useful stores—including supermarkets and liquor stores.

Great businesses, except the kroger is short of help and frequently out of 1% milk. The parking lot was recently sealed and lines repainted. Now the lower level sidewalks could use pressure spraying as they are really dirty. Smoking in front of hair cutting school is nasty. When exciting the krogers onto Brandon rd, why did Thalheimers put the sign so you can't see down the road for oncoming traffic. At least the city constructed a middle turn lane to go half way.

I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience during my visit. The security staff were unnecessarily rude, confrontational, and intimidating from the moment they approached me. Instead of offering assistance or communicating respectfully, they chose to escalate the situation and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in a place where I should have felt safe. There is absolutely no reason for guests to be treated this way. Professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy were completely missing. I hope management takes this seriously, as no customer should have to deal with harassment or hostility simply for being there. Until there are improvements in how security interacts with visitors, I cannot recommend this place.

Love this mall for tge convenience of the parking. Drive up is always preferable to parking in a massive lot and walking miles!!!
