Mi familia y yo Amamos ese lugar. Desde el inicio de nuestro proceso Jessy nos ayudo y guio en todo. Estamos super comodos y sobre todo muy tranquilos de pertenecer a esta comunidad. Los espacios q tenemos son realmente muy lindos.

I rented a few months ago, and Yeisy Rivera helped me with absolutely everything! She is incredible—very kind and assists you with whatever you need. I was so happy to have her support; I truly recommend her. She helps you find a place to live that suits your tastes and budget, and she always has a smile and a solution for anything you might need. I am very happy with the service at The Chase Overlook.

I've had a great experience living in this apartment building. The property is well-maintained, clean, and managed professionally. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a big difference in day to day comfort. The common areas always tidy, and it's clear that management takes pride in keeping the building in excellent condition. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming and peaceful environment. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes daily life much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

So far, we are in love with the complex. Yeissy was our leasing agent, and I highly recommend going to her. She was AMAZING — very responsive and very caring. Before moving in, we checked the reviews and got a little scared, but after being here, we realized that many of the issues depend on the tenants themselves. The staff here keeps the property VERY CLEAN. and very professional They are always around cleaning and taking care of the landscaping. But overall, we feel very safe here. At peace. It truly feels like home.

We are having a terrible experience with these people, continued rat rodents with no solution for it, they are inside the apartment, and what did they do for it, opens tickets, come and put boxes and then closing tickets without following up. Not only that, they literally don’t care about it, nobody cares or apologizes or shows empathy, they only care about payments and rents, but residents safety and health, not a chance. This is the fourth time we catching rats, and we no longer feel safe at this apartment, but they don’t care. The AC unit was down for more than 3 months, and whenever you follow up and open a ticket for it, they close it without fixing the problem. The cars got robbed even inside the garage, including my car, all what they did is you can call police, and put locks on tires, but extra actions for security, they didn’t even think about it. We are filling complaints at every possible place we can, because these people don’t respect their customers and residents.

La verdad, he tenido una muy buena experiencia desde el momento en que llegué al edificio. La atención recibida y los servicios ofrecidos por los apartamentos han sido excelentes. Al principio tuve un inconveniente, pero la administración lo resolvió de manera rápida, eficiente y oportuna. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de la señora Yeissy Rivera, quien ha sido excepcional. Su profesionalismo, amabilidad y disposición para ayudar hacen una gran diferencia. Siempre está dispuesta a orientar a las personas y a buscar soluciones que satisfagan sus necesidades. Como sugerencia de mejora, me gustaría mencionar un tema relacionado con la seguridad de los parqueaderos. En una ocasión fui víctima de un robo dentro del estacionamiento y, lamentablemente, no fue posible hacer mucho al respecto. Considero que sería importante reforzar la seguridad en esta área, por ejemplo, mediante la instalación de más cámaras de vigilancia o implementando medidas adicionales de control y monitoreo. En general, estoy muy satisfecho con mi experiencia y agradezco la atención y el apoyo brindados por todo el equipo administrativo.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. It was a blessing when I found this community. The leasing agents are all so helpful. My maintenance requests are responded to so quickly. One word...AWESOME

My wife and I moved to The Chase at Overlook Ridge in October 2025 and it has honestly felt like a breath of fresh air compared to our previous community. The biggest difference for us has been the amount of space. Our one bedroom apartment here feels much larger and more comfortable than the one we had before which has made a huge difference in day to day living. Another thing we really appreciate is how responsive the staff is. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and the office team responds in a timely way whenever we have questions or need assistance. It makes the whole experience feel well managed and professional. The amenities are also a big upgrade. The gyms are much bigger than what we had before and they are well maintained which makes it easy to stay consistent with workouts. We haven’t experienced the summer here yet but we are really looking forward to using the grills and the pools when the weather warms up.The community itself has been great too. The neighbors are friendly but also respectful of personal space which creates a comfortable environment. Overall the property has a bit of an out of the way gated community feel while still being vibrant and enjoyable to be part of. So far our experience here has been excellent and we are very happy we made the move.
