Our little kitty had to get surgery and they have been so wonderful from the initial visit, while she was with them , and up to recovery. They have been so helpful and supportive. I wouldn’t go elsewhere for their veterinary needs. Everyone’s so kind and caring. Highly recommend

Great experience! Staff was very attentive and caring of Tarzan. Vet was friendly and thorough with his examination. I felt like my boy got the best care possible and our concerns were addressed.

I will always be greatful with the veterinarian that save my cat's life. Also his concern for my cat meant to me the most. I recommend this urgen care for anyone that has a pet they're staff are so kind and the manager she is so kind and very caring. Terrible pain management, lack of empathy, and awful customer service We have been coming to this clinic for my dog’s entire life, and we always had patience with them, but this was the breaking point. I brought my dog here on Friday, and he cried during the entire appointment, where he was diagnosed with an ear infection. After getting the medicine, he left the clinic terrified and desperate to escape. Over the weekend, he developed acute ear pain. I called Monday morning at 9:27 AM and called again around 2:20 PM. On both occasions, we explained that my dog was in a lot of pain. The receptionist, Tomas, cut me off both times and told me to wait for a doctor's call, which never came. I called back at 5:58 PM and faced an arrogant attitude from that same person, being told that if I wanted my pet to be seen for his pain that day, I had to pay for a whole new emergency visit because Friday’s doctor wasn’t there. Tomas finally scheduled an actual appointment for me to bring him the next morning at 8:30 AM at no extra cost to see the original doctor.To be clear, he set up this official appointment for us—we were not walk-ins. Tomas was the one handling everything from the initial phone calls to our arrival at the clinic. I arrived exactly at 8:30 AM on Tuesday for our scheduled time with my dog still in visible pain. The waiting room was getting crowded, and they started passing other dogs ahead of us anyway. When I asked at 9:15 AM, they casually told me the doctor had arrived late. When I followed up again around 9:30 AM to stress that my dog was suffering, Tomas simply told me there was nothing they could do and walked away. The front desk staff was completely insensitive and unprofessional regarding a patient in pain. I decided to leave and find a different veterinarian who actually respects time and animal welfare. I absolutely do not recommend this place anymore.

So far so good. Today was the first ti.e we being him here to pet cure and the staff there were very friendly and the doctor explained everything to us and his helper aswell. We had a good experience. We will be back in 2 weeks for his shots.

We have been bringing our three dogs to PCVC Animal Hospital for several years and have consistently had excellent experiences. Even though we no longer live in the immediate area, we gladly make the 45min drive because of the outstanding care our pets receive. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate, and the staff is always professional and attentive. Highly recommended veterinary clinic.

They are so friendly and nice, duper awesome with my pup. Shes a little reactive and they were able to accommodate to my needs. They made sure me and my pup were fully taken care of before we left. Super affordable also. I was shocked.

I can’t express how grateful I am for Pure Vet Clinic. I had to make one of the hardest decisions for my little dog, and the entire team was incredibly compassionate and respectful. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly and gave me as much time as I needed without ever making me feel rushed. I’m actually visiting from Canada, and during such a difficult moment they treated me with so much kindness and understanding. Their professionalism, empathy, and care truly meant the world to me.
