Racine North Beach

This is truly a great beach. The sand is so soft. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that there is plenty of garbage. People need to pick up after themselves and maybe whoever takes care of beach can do something to help that.

This is a pretty nice public beach with lots of sand and decently nice water to spend some time in. They have lifeguards and designated swim areas making this a great place for those with kids. They also have a playground just a short walk away which is another nice bonus. The parking lot is relatively large, though you should get here early to ensure you can find a good spot. Biggest drawback is the gross bathrooms which are not cleaned very well. Try not to use them if you don't have to.

visited this place 8/8/2025 as apart of our vacation travels. It was very nice there. They have multiple volleyball nets, lifeguards on duty, life vest to borrow & a wheelchair accessible path! Bathroom are on the premises & there's plenty of parking spaces!

It's a long distance to the beach or the water but there's a walkway that makez it very easy.

Very clean and well maintained. City staff is monitoring it 24/7 And doing a great job of keeping it clean and safe.. Great family weekend vibe, highly recommend for a nice summer day with the kids.

Great beach. Clean and lots of parking. I just wish either the public bathrooms were open or there were more port a johns. The port a johns are by the playground area. They were clean.

This park was absolutely fabulous! It is so big with so much stuff for kids to play on. It's a giant wooden area to climb and walk all over, with slides coming down. And it is right next to a beautiful beach. Parking is free as well. There is a smaller kids area that is currently under construction. There are swings in both the larger and smaller play areas.

Excellent place for the family! Pretty shallow for younger kids as well as sand pretty far out for everyone! Snacks are available, as well as beer, on the patio only. Sand volleyball, live bands on the weekends!! We just went earlier in the day with the kids, but I could see it being a lot of fun in the evening as well! Nice outside shower to get the sand off, near the bathrooms and food counter.
