Eagle Mountain Casino

Big nice casino. They are working on building a hotel the parking is a challenge.. They have plenty of parking spaces available, parts of the parking is fenced off and they don't have signs to warn you. You mignt walk down a row only to find out that its blocked. Im sure that's only a temporary issue. The staff was amazing and the food was definitely a 5 star experience It was nice to leave a winner.

The casino is good enough. But there's food only available 12 hours per day. So make sure you eat before going, unless it'sa short visit.. Supposedly there's a restaurant somewhere but when I went, everything was closed. In one area, Chairs up on the tables like they were mopping floors, but nobody was anywhere near the place. I went about 2 or 3 p.m. so it's not like I was hungry at weird hours. Since I couldn't eat anything..not even candy bars, snacks, chips... I sat at the bar. The bartender was not at all polite. It's as if I didn't exist. He never came back to ask if I wanted anything else. I did notice that when a well-endowed young woman came to the bar, he was ready to serve her instantly! I mentioned to bartender it was my birthday and had hoped to eat somewhere there, since I've never been to this new location. He didn't answer - just walked away. How does a 24-hour casino not have 24-hour food??? That, plus the not at all nice bartender rates them a 2.

★★★☆☆ I’ve come to Eagle Casino a few times now, and each visit has left me with pretty much the same impression. The biggest advantage of this casino is definitely its location. It’s close to the surrounding area and provides a convenient option for anyone looking to do a little gambling without having to make the longer drive all the way to Las Vegas. For that reason alone, it’s a nice place to have nearby. The casino has a good variety of slot machines, so there are plenty of options to choose from. However, one thing that stands out is how closely the machines are placed together. At times it can feel a little cramped, especially when the casino is busy, and it can be somewhat awkward sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with other players while trying to enjoy yourself. I also wish there were more food options available. The current offerings get the job done, but having a wider variety of places to eat or grab a snack would make the overall experience much better, especially for people planning to spend several hours there. Another area that could use improvement is parking. Whether construction is happening or not, it still feels like a bit of a trek from the parking area to the entrance. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something I notice every time I visit. Overall, Eagle Casino is a solid local casino that offers a convenient alternative to traveling farther for entertainment. It has a decent selection of games and serves its purpose well, but there are a few things—like spacing between machines, food choices, and parking—that could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable. I’d still recommend it if you’re in the area and looking for a place to play, but I think there’s definitely room for improvement.

The food is bland, the Acorn diner looks like an employee breakroom, there isn't one picture on the wall it doesn't look inviting what so ever. The so called food court looks like a hospital cafeteria. I ordered a chicken burrito and it had half a pound of rice some beans and 8 or 9 pieces of chicken, that's it no cilantro or onion couldn't taste any cumin or pepper. Then they charged me 1 dollar for 1 extra salsa. The green salsa did taste good and the bottled Dr pepper was cold. The table ideas sat at was so wobbly it was as if it had been recycled from the trash. I went to the tap house and had to wait 20 minutes before they took my order. I ordered 1 beer and onion rings it took 25 minutes to get that. So I sat at the bar where it took the bar tender almost 10 minutes to get me a refill. All of this happened on a Wednesday afternoon from 1 to 2:30pm . Very frustrating for all the money I was charged. Hope everyone else has a better experience.

Great machines and drinks. Beverage people dont come around often enough. Free play not as much as other casinos and goes way down month to month

Used to be an amazing casino. Staff have always been amazing, food is great, atmosphere is great, and you used to be able to enjoy your time. Now casino is so tight 1000 won’t even last you an hour and I only bet $1-4$ range. Used to be my favorite casino but I think they may have broke themselves with the hotel.

I asked if I could park my RV for one night there. I asked in writing. I was told yes by two separate email replies. I called on the phone just to make sure. I was told yes on the phone. When I arrived I was turned away by security. I have a newer RV that looks nice. The security boss said they just don't allow RV overnights. That is a fine policy. I'm ok with that. NOBODY THAT WORKED THERE KNEW IT. I drove from FAR away to Porterville to be turned away. They offered me nothing for my time except a hollow "sorry about that." They clearly are lacking leadership at this place. I was going to have a nice steak dinner and lose some money that night. Instead, I will never set foot in what appeared to be a nice building. I wouldn't trust them to know how to operate any part of their facility as they failed me before I even got in the door.

Acorn Diner was not great. No bueno for me. But it’s the cheaper option at the casino. The service was good and the place was clean. I ordered the fried pickle and it came out hot. It’s basically sliced sandwich pickles and it amounted to maybe 2 whole pickles. However it came out really greasy and the breading was not too thick. I ordered the patty melt with fries. I think that I would have preferred it without the sauce that they used. But it was also okay. I wouldn’t get it again or recommend it. Then lastly I had a bowl of menudo. It was kind of surprising because the meat that was used was rather gamey so it was either lam or goat that was used. My wife is Mexican and she said it was okay to her. It wouldn’t be her choice again nor would she recommend. So caution when you come here.
