Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Center

Great place to visit. You can spend as little or as much time you want in this museum. A vast variety of displays and interactive things for kids to do, even rides and simulators. Lots of knowledgeable people working to tell stories and answer questions. I would highly recommend checking it out.

Worth a stop. Awesome selection of aircraft, rides for the kids, and a flight simulator. We stopped on the way back from Lake Michigan. This was a gem. Stayed for 1.5 hours and easily could have stayed twice that if we didn’t need to get back on the road. My favorite was the SR71 blackbird.

Air Zoo Aerospace & Science Center in Kalamazoo is an amazing mix of aviation history, interactive exhibits, and hands-on fun for all ages. The aircraft collection is impressive, and the flight simulators and rides make the experience even better. It’s basically a museum where your inner 10-year-old immediately takes control.

One of the best air and space museums I've ever seen. The layout, the story unfolding, the meticulously clean and well organized facility was really impressive. Impressive. Nicer than the Palm springs California air museum. Will definitely go again on my next trip to that area

Awesome experience today at the Air Zoo! So much fun and interesting history and lots to do for kids! Would definitely recommend this place for something family friendly to do for a reasonable price - 4 & under are free! We will be back for sure!

If you can detour off of I-94 for an hour or two, this museum is worth the stop. There's even a cafe with great tasting foods. Fun environment for kids. I don't know much about airplane but learned so much. The space exhibit is out of this world.

What a great place! This is such a cool museum with so many enjoyable things to see and do. They have things for all ages too - including rides and attractions. The museum is top notch with lots of great staff and volunteers.

As a kid growing up in Kalamazoo, I remembered my parents took me to the Air Zoo for the first time and it was AMAZING. I loved all of the rides and I even went over my fear of heights there. And in 5th grade me and all of my classmates went there and had the time of our lives. And now as I am older I have a big interest in Aviation and realized how rare the planes were. For example only 32 SR-72’s were made and one is here! I love the Air Zoo and is still the coolest place ever I have been. I hope you appreciate my comment and photos. 👍
