Neighbors Ice Cream Parlor

Great ice cream and the parlor itself is decorated with great artwork on the windows, positive vibes and bright colors inside. When we visited they even had a balloon artist both nights, which my son highly enjoyed. Definitely recommend! Be aware, it does get very busy an hour before closing.

Located amidst the palmetto trees in a residential neighborhood far from the beach and commercial hub-bub is Neighbors Ice Cream. The decor is reminiscient of 50s car-hops and soda joints with an injection of colorful contemporary artwork. Two display cases contains their homemade flavors that are served in cups, cones, pints, and shakes. Coffees and soda drinks are served as well. My wife and I both requested a single cup which came with two full scoops of ice cream. My flavors were lemon blueberry cheesecake and Thai tea; hers were Dubai chocolate and Nutella Oreo. We both really enjoyed the unique blends of flavors and very creamy and smooth consistency. Excellent 👍

They have the best hard scooped ice cream! If the ice cream has almond joys in it, they make the chocolate and filling in the candy bars and then put it in the ice cream, if there is cookie dough in the ice cream, they made the cookie dough too! It is all made inhouse and so good! They have so many bottled soda pops too! We love their lunch and coffee menus as well! Also, we love getting the iced sugar cookies to go!

Love this place! It is a must visit every time we are in the area. Their ice cream is amazing! They have a great variety of flavors. I try a new one on each visit and they are all so good! My daughter loves their shaved ice too. Everyone is always super friendly and it's just such a nice place to stop for a treat. We will be back!

What a beautiful ice cream shop, from the vibe to the taste, it was wonderful! They had an assortment of flavors with normal ones to more adventurous ones, like thai tea. I think about 32 flavors to choose from. Personally, I had the cookie dough and pb cup flavors with hot fudge on it. What really amazed me about this shop is the emphasis of homemade items. For example, they make their cookie dough and hot fudge in house. That sold me. Along with my ice cream, I got the banana bread. It was moist with a beautiful banana flavor. The only downfall of this shop is their flyers, if I’m being honest. It seems like they are made by AI. I could totally be wrong though. It’s just not my vibe and gives me the “ick” about a place. I seriously did love this shop though!

I had a beautiful experience here today! Everyone was so nice! Amanda made THE BEST whole milk latte. The coffee is from a local roaster in Ormond Beach ( Steel Oak Roasters) So smooth and delicious. Seriously great coffee. Isabella let me taste multiple samples before deciding on lavender cheesecake and lemon blueberry cheesecake ( I was able to get half a scoop of each, which literally was almost two full scoops!) YUMMY!!!!! Wow, that ice cream made me do a happy dance. Hannah answered numerous questions and she said she actually appreciated that I had questions. I just really enjoyed the vibe from the start. I can't wait to return and hopefully even try the breakfast sandwiches, more ice cream, and definitely more coffee! Yay for Neighbors!

Favorite ice cream place & general store in the Daytona Beach area!!! They also have great wrap & sandwiches, a large selection of glass bottles sodas, & baked goods like banana bread. Would highly recommend a visit here if you’re in the Daytona &/or Port Orange area!!!

A cute and fun location in the Neighborhood! Fresh, handmade ice cream in soooo many flavors. Always fun to stop in for a treat!
