Happy and Fun Party Rental

I am very disappointed with the overall service I received from this company. In addition to the setup concerns, the equipment delivered was not what I ordered. I specifically ordered a 10x30 tent, but instead received a 10x20 tent and a separate 10x10 tent. That was not what I requested or expected. I also ordered tent wall covers, yet only half of the wall panels were initially provided. I was then told that I would have been charged extra for the remaining half. However, they ultimately provided the additional wall panels anyway, which makes the explanation confusing and raises concerns about the accuracy and consistency of the information I was given. Furthermore, when the workers arrived, they appeared rushed and repeatedly complained that they had another job to get to. It felt as though they were focused on leaving as quickly as possible rather than ensuring the setup was completed properly. The overall experience made me feel like I was receiving only partial service instead of the professional experience I paid for. They set up the tables and left the chairs on the ground in a stack and left, I sent a photo in ask why they did that in was told that table and chair setup not included in the services, but customer service, communication, and professionalism should still be a priority. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. Between the incorrect tent configuration, confusion regarding the wall covers, and the rushed attitude of the crew, the service fell well below my expectations. Because of this experience, I will not be using this company again in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Happy and Fun Party Rentals! They truly helped make our Pokémon party complete. 🎉 They arrived a day early, were right on time, and everything was set up quickly and smoothly. The team was super helpful and provided great information, making the whole process stress-free. We rented a bounce house, tables and chairs, and a snow cone machine—everything was perfect and a huge hit with the kids! Highly recommend them for any party or event. We’ll definitely be using them again!

Such a great company with really nice guys working for them. Despite our backyard being a VERY tight fit, they were able to make it work (with Pikachu on full display) and save the day. Our bounce house was clean, delivered, and picked up on time and we will definitely be using them again for any future parties. Highly recommend!

We just had our daughter’s first birthday party and rented a beautiful castle bounce/slide combo from this company. The two gentlemen that set it up were not only extremely kind, they also got inside of it and cleaned it thoroughly before our party started. They also set up the tables and chairs for me and cleaned those as well. The pricing was very fair and the entire process was easy. I will definitely be using this company again for all of our future parties. Thank you for helping make our baby girls day extra special!

Happy and Fun Party rental was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive, clear communication on booking and leading up to the event. Day of event they were on time (early), setup the bounce house and slide and picked up without any issue. The kids had a great time and the bounce house and slide were clean.
