Broward Health Coral Springs

Broward Health Coral Springs Hospital, well on one likes Hospitals but this visit was actually not too bad. The nurses were great. So respectful and sweet, every one of them. And the Admitting Doctor had very nice bedside manners which in my opinion is extremely important for a patient. It really shows their compassion and caring side. And you don’t see that too much anymore. So I was happy to see that.

While a hospital stay is never easy, the incredible care I received made all the difference. I want to give a special shout-out to two outstanding nurses, Stacie and Alina (From 4th Floor South). From day one, they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. Stacie and Alina both brought so much warmth, patience, and reassurance to every shift, always taking the time to answer my questions. They were incredibly attentive, professional, and had a wonderful way of making me feel safe and cared for during a stressful time.

First time at Broward Health Coral Springs hospital. Very impressed with this hospital. Labwork prior to surgery was a good experience. Next morning was an early arrival. The gentleman in security was very friendly. My pre-op nurse Yvette was very smart and kind which helped keep me calm prior to surgery. Dr. Glicksman, Martiza and Maylasia were very through explaining anesthesia to me. Dr. Almeida and Kathy were great with the robotic surgery. Then my post op recovery with Marlene was a wonderful experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hospital. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The nurses were extremely rude and lacked compassion during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. Instead of feeling supported after giving birth, I felt ignored and treated poorly. My overall experience was incredibly stressful and upsetting. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone, especially expecting mothers. I truly hope they improve the quality of their patient care and treat families with more kindness and respect.

My MD requested I obtain a CT scan. I went to Broward health Coral Springs without an appointment and was greeted with friendly smiles and all staff were pleasant and eager to assist. The registrars (Ana and unfortunately forgot the other lady's name) helped me navigate my insurance. Ashley and Crystal helped me with my questions at the Radiology desk and kept me informed of the wait time. Glenda, the CT tech was knowledgable and caring as well as efficient in her job. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks to all the staff.

Broward health- Coral Springs On May 26, 2026, at approximately 1140 hours, I arrived at Broward Health Coral Springs. I was triaged and within minutes, was taken to X-ray. After x-ray, I was placed on a bed in the hallway near the entrance door (in front of room 16). No nurse came to see me or even spoke to me. There was a bald male nurse and a black female nurse talking at the nursing station. Their female nurse did not introduce herself nor was she polite, yet, she unprofessionally asked when was the last time I took Motrin. No greetings or bedside manners. At approximately 0045, Dr. Queen came to assess me. At approximately 0120, registration personnel came to collect my insurance. She asked how is my visit, in which I told her that I am not pleased. I have only spoken with Dr. Queen. I don’t know who my nurse is or what is going on with my foot. She went to inquire from another floor nurse, and that nurse (a female), stated that my nurse was the bald man and that my discharge paperwork was being processed. I expressed concern about my foot and not receiving any information besides the doctor going to take a look at my X-rays. The level of excellence and care that this ER department lacks is appalling. I have never felt so insignificant and forgotten, which was strange because I was literally placed in the hallway, where everyone could see me. I gave 2 stars because of Dr. Queen and the Registrar.

Every nurse, doctor, and employee that I came in contact with was amazing. I wish I could name them all. Pleasant, caring, and professional. Three and a half days of excellent care. I would especially like to recognize the staff and nurses on the 3rd floor south treated me like family. Every doctor and surgeon treated me kindly and respectfully from the ER to release time. Thanks Angie, Ashley, Nelissa, ChChi, and Christine.

DR MARTIN Claudia, john, Nani? I think it was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the hospital the receptionist the cashier the nurses all of them black white Spanish Asian Indian ALLL AMAZING. Im so grateful SO GRATEFUL to all of you. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY FATHER.
