I was helping my wife who needed some x rays. She is disabled and in a wheelchair. The entire staff was so kind and helpful, not to mention patient and understanding. Her whole experience was pleasant. When she became anxious about falling, they made sure to help her feel comfortable and secure. They were very careful with her and gentle also. I would highly recommend Akumin Their equipment is the latest state of the art. You can be sure you’ll get the best imaging possible from a highly professional well trained staff. Oh, and did I mention the facility is super clean?!
Had an appt for a chest xray at 915am, they literally call me at 910am to cancel appt??? Really???? I understand things happen but you couldn't call me before i left the house? At least 30 minutes before, it shows on website they open at 7am, and on top when i call back to get more info, nobody answers. i was literally pulling in, on top of that they call you a million times to confirm appt just to cancel it 5 minutes before. They also wanted to charge me a copay when insurance stated it was cover at 100 percent
They were extremely excellent! Very caring and amazing!! From the lady when I first arrived at 6:45 am to the girl that did my MRI"S she's the best! Very caring and sweet!! You couldn't get any better person... then my bone scan the lady also very caring and sweet.. The man whom helped me when I was done for getting me my CD as I forgot to ask he's also a very caring, helpful and sweet person!! I would highly recommend this place!!!
I just picked up a result from Akumin at Royal Palm, though it was extremely busy, Brinton took time to prepare the film and report for me. I really appreciated his help. Give this man a raise, he saw a need and he stepped up. We need more like him!
From the moment I walked in the check in process so smooth. Before I could finish the paper work I was called in for my procedure.

Man, sometimes you get pleasantly surprised and today I was. Walter was awesome. He left me a voicemail yesterday to confirm the appointment with instructions for today. It all went like he said in the voicemail. What a nice guy!!!

Scheduled appointment canceled with no prior intimation. Excuse; technician didn’t show up. For a clinic this large, a backup should have been arranged. The receptionist says she sent a message but she lied as I showed her my phone
