Awesome institute. Very friendly people. Celebrated eid with my family here and it was great. The prayer was perfect length, the sermon was short and sweet. They setup a very festive environment for the people attending. The leadership and management are awesome!

Islamic Association of Collin County (IACC) – West Plano (10/10 Stars) The Islamic Association of Collin County in West Plano is, without exaggeration, one of the most remarkable masjids I have ever experienced. I had the honor of delivering a Friday khutbah there, and it was absolutely second to none. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a unique energy—focused, alive, and deeply connected. The attentiveness in the eyes of the people, the presence of hearts ready to listen and reflect, was truly powerful. The community itself is different in the most beautiful way. There is sincerity, humility, and a genuine love for the masjid and the deen. You can feel that this is a place where people don’t just attend prayers, but live their Islam through service, learning, and brotherhood. The warmth and respect shown to guests make you feel immediately at home. What truly stands out about IACC is how open and welcoming it is. This masjid does not close in on itself; it opens its doors wide to other masjids, speakers, and communities. That spirit of unity and cooperation is rare and deeply needed, and IACC embodies it with excellence. The facilities and programs are outstanding. From the gym that serves the youth and families, to the quality of the teachers and educational efforts, everything is run with vision and care. You can clearly see that this masjid invests in both spiritual and personal development, building strong believers and strong individuals. The leadership deserves special recognition. President Akram, Imam Arsalan, and the entire team are doing phenomenal work. There is harmony, professionalism, and sincerity in how they serve the community. May Allah bless them one after the other, place barakah in their efforts, protect this masjid, and allow it to continue being a source of guidance, unity, and light for many generations to come.

Islamic Center of Collin County is a very welcoming and well-maintained masjid. The environment is peaceful, and the community is kind and respectful. I’ve had a great personal experience here, and it’s a comfortable place for both individuals and families. The khutbahs are meaningful and relevant, and you can feel a strong sense of unity every time you visit. Grateful to have this masjid in the community. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been coming to this mosque pretty much my entire life and I’ve seen it grow from the late 90s in the early 2000s to what it has become now firstly warms my heart, secondly it has an immensely wonderful Islamic school/masjid. The community is diverse and welcoming, the sermons are informative and relevant. Most importantly the leaders are solid. May Allah continue to bless this house of his. Main building, gym, and other facilities are clean. Ramadan nights are absolutely packed.

Clean facilities, security, and parking. Regular lectures and events are held. People are nice in general but very few people feel need to engage with others unless they already know the person. This is not on the masjid. That is how usually things are in a large community. People already have their circle of friends so they don't feel need to socialize with new people on daily basis. It can be hard for a new person to make new friends.

Nice Mosque in central Plano. They are organized for Ramadan and always have informative Khutbas.

This masjid is very big and have so many activities, It is learning center for Quran and Hadiz well organized and articulated structure of the building of Islamic faith. Welcome for all religion to learn about Islam.

Nicely built & spacious mosque with fairly large praying area. Juma Khutbah starts at 1pm & 2:15pm. And they are very punctual. There is plenty of parking but it gets full. If you get there 15 minute before khutbah then you will find parking. And please do not park in the nearby business places.
