Tombstone Tactical

The gun that I wanted showed on Tombstone tactical’s site at a very good price. I was able to purchase it with no hassle and they shipped it out to the FFL of my choosing in two days. They were outstanding to deal with.

Twice I’ve come in for an event and twice the event did not deliver what was advertised. You think when someone has an event where they show there will be food usually the venue gives away food or it’s discounted if I wanted to pay 16 dollars for a bbq sandwich I’d just go out to eat. They also said there would be rare bourbons for sale I walked the entire store twice no bourbon for sale and everyone was too busy to answer questions. They also do not offer Veteran or military discounts like most places claiming that we don’t “because our prices are so competitive”. Not really, their prices are average and usually full retail and sometimes higher. Most stores prices are slightly below retail suggested prices. They do not offer any blue label programs either. I’m done.

I love this store. They always have new and interesting products to help empty my wallet. I was most recently in there and dealt with Tanner. He was outstanding and professional. He made my purchase easy and quick. This place is definitely worth a trip if you live in the area (or a day trip if you're far away).

Prices are good but the customer service sucks. Stereo typical gun store attitude. I ordered a pistol and that was ok but when I had questions about suppressors, I was an obvious nuisance. When I picked up my pistol the guy checking me out was a complete AH. Should have just asked for a refund.

First visit to the store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and helped with my purchase. The store is in a unique building just off the I17. They have a good variety of tactical weapons, so there's a lot to see. There is a good assortment of accessories, like mags, scopes, holsters, and some tactical gear. My only real complaint would be the display, or lack thereof of their pistols. They have the price proudly displayed out front and the pistols behind that almost invisible to the customer. Personally, I like to see what I'm looking at before I have them pull every single one out to look at it. Highly recommend stopping here.

I would not buy from this company ever again and their Customer Service is poor and they do not care. Placed an order waited 5 days to contact them, only for them to say it take 2-10 business days to process online orders. They should make this clear online so no one will order from them. I would never buy an item online that takes this long to process and ship. And I bet the shipping method is Pony Express and will take another 5 days. This company is crazy and needs help.

Worst customer service! I ordered online, my FFL sent his information (and requested NOT to ship via FedEx because his business has split open hours and FedEx sends to only deliver during his closed times), I was given UPS tracking information. 5 days later FedEx left him a final attempt notice after only attempting delivery outside of his business hours. He called Tombstone and magically was speaking to the owner and had a good conversation and they made arrangements to return the firearm to Tombstone and reship via a different carrier. 2 days later Dana called me and said my FFL refused the delivery and told me to find a new FFL or figure out other delivery options. I explained that my FFL had already made this arrangements and she got very rude and said that my FFL “didn’t talk to anybody” and that I would be dealing with her right now. She got defensive and yelled at me when I requested to get actual valid tracking information this time around, since I was sent tracking for the wrong carrier the first time. My FFL called and requested a supervisor, who immediately found the new shipping arrangements that had been made by the owner. 8 days later, radio silence. No new tracking info, no phone call to my FFL who had requested and was told a meeting had been scheduled with the owner for him to discuss my treatment. I don’t know if I’m ever getting my firearm.
