Once every so often a car dealership goes above and beyond what might be expected when it comes to a car purchase. Today was that day. I went to Showcase Honda and experienced the best and most well structured car deals ever put together by two consummate professionals Assistant Sales Manager Ismael Lopez and Sales Manager Tim Mitchell! I speak from experience in that I've worked in the car industry off and on for over 10 years and understand the stereotype that can sometimes be applied during this process. These two conquered and destroyed that notion by giving a car buying experience that one would have to see to believe. I thought my chances of leaving in a vehicle were slim to none. Ismael Lopez my assigned sales professional made me feel relaxed and comfortable assuring me that I would receive the best possible deal and put in the hands of his manager Tim Mitchell the task of making that a reality. The smooth process was unhurried and carefully managed and resulted in my receiving the finest treatment one can expect under these stressful circumstances. I came with one vehicle in mind and was tactfully and professionally guided toward a vehicle much more suited to my financial and professional needs. The process was streamlined and structured in such a way that it gave new meaning to what true car salesman can achieve when the best are put to the task. Had an amazing experience buying a new car here. Second time buyer and the team was very appreciative I chose to come back. First time I bought here was 2021 and I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord. It did amazing with little to no issues for 6 years and after was able to trade in for a 2026 Honda accord no issues. The team made it stress free and I was in and out fast.
