Shayna’s Nails & Spa

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The technician seemed rushed and more focused on finishing quickly than doing quality work. I pointed out multiple issues during the appointment, but despite mentioning them several times, they were either ignored or poorly corrected. The final result felt sloppy and not up to standard, especially for the price. To make matters worse, I was charged more than what was listed on their website, which felt misleading and unfair. I’ve been here a few times, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

By far the best mani-pedi I’ve had in AZ and I’ve been to over five. It’s the only dip I’ve ever had where I didn’t need to clean it up a little afterwards (under my nails, on my cuticles, etc.). It is perfection. I was going to have chrome over the cats eye but my mom (89 years old) got tired so we cut the visit short (2.5 hours). Otherwise, it’s twice the size of most salons so plenty of chairs and little wait despite having so many customers. I guess they serve wine and beer but I just got bottled water. Thanks, Tom, for my beautiful nails!

This was my first time here since my usual place is closed right now. I had Tom and he did an amazing job! Took his time and made sure I was happy with my nails. Will definitely be back.

I wish I could give endless stars. Each and every time I go I see Pink, who never fails to exceed my expectations and leaves me stunned every time. Could never have one complaint or bad thing to say about this place! All of the women are wonderful. Hard to find a consistent nail shop these days with fair prices. First time today, and I honestly have nothing bad to say. Was a great experience! Alan did my pedicure and he didn’t cut corners, took his time, was detail oriented. Everything is clean and prices are reasonable. Very friendly environment and loved that I could communicate well with him.

I had an amazing experience at Shayna’s!! I got my wedding nails done for my NYC elopement, so it was crucial that they turned out perfect - and they absolutely did! Thu took the time to make sure my acrylics were flawlessly shaped, and then Tina effortlessly painted them. The nail techs here are extremely talented, kind, and professional! I will be back!! :)

I took my daughter here to get her nails done and we were so impressed. Everyone was so friendly and the salon was very clean. Tommy did and absolutely fantastic job and was so quick. My daughter’s nails look perfect and she is so happy with the way that they turned out! We will definitely be back.

They provide good customer service, they’re super friendly and welcoming. I love getting my pedicures done with them. Ana and pink do an excellent job!
