We pass by this place all the time and finally decided to drop in. We came in on a Wednesday late afternoon and had no wait. I feel it is good to mention that if you come on a Monday or Tuesday, they have a $35 special which includes a pie and a bottle of wine (case you aren’t aware, pie=pizza in this case). They have a very good selection of wines and around half are available with their pie and wine special. Beer drinkers aren’t left out though. They have five rotating taps, which included selections from O.H.S.O and Huss while we were there—both are great breweries. We got the Paradise Pie to share which has white sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, spinach, and caramelized red onions. We found it to be very tasty. It had a cracker thin crust that had just the right amount of crispiness. Topping and cheese were plentiful. My wife usually ends up eating my crusts, since I don’t like a lot of heavy crust, but I ate the entire half a pizza this time. Their pizza is a 12” “pinsa” (aka oval) style pizza and we were concerned we wouldn’t have enough to eat, but it worked out great because we got to try their dessert. They have a flourless chocolate cake with fruit compote, plus they have a seasonal pie selection and seasonal cheesecake selection. During our visit, this seasonal cheesecake was lemon cheesecake, and also caramel latte cheesecake. The seasonal pie was cherry. We tried both the chocolate cake and the latte cheesecake. The chocolate cake was small, but very rich, and the berry compote was a nice addition. We knocked it down before we realized we didn’t even take a picture of it. Oh well. We also really liked the caramel latte cheesecake. It had a light coffee flavor and it was a nice creamy cheesecake. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable of the seasonal selections. Definitely no complaints there. We had a drink apiece, a pizza, and two desserts and did not feel like the price was excessive. The restaurant has an open, modern layout which includes the kitchen; therefore, the noise from the kitchen exhaust fans was noticeable, but we were still able to have a nice conversation without yelling.

I went on an early afternoon on a Friday. I really liked how nicely decorated the restaurant was and the short rib melt was absolutely wonderful. It came with fries that were beautifully and flavorfully seasoned and crisp. The dish came to $22. They have an extended happy hour that includes some appetizers and a half pizza and salad for $15. It does not include any of the handheld dishes unfortunately, but it's not a bad deal if you want pizza. The happy hour didn't look too bad but I didn't feel like pizza or any of the appetizers but I would come back to check out the pizza another time. There isn't a lot of parking right out front. There is a very heavy yellow door to enter the place (I didn't see an automatic button to open the door) and the place was quite loud. If there is a louder party next to you or if it's at full capacity, it may be a bit harder to hear. Back to the short rib. It was very tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The food is a bit on the pricey side here but I do recommend this dish so far. I will come back for their pizza next time.

Went here for lunch. I had the grilled cheese with tomato basil soup. The grilled cheese was good, with a nice crispy crust and still soft inside. The cheese was also nice and melted. As for the tomato basil soup that came with it, I found it to be a little too thick and the amount to be a little sparse. I would have appreciated a couple more spoonfuls, and more of a soup consistency. Overall, I'd give the food 4.5 stars. We were served by the bartender, who was nice enough, but seemed a bit distracted, as we did have to get his attention a couple of times. He was always nice and did take care of us, so I'd give service 4 stars The atmosphere was casual and relaxed, while retaining a slightly upscale feel. There was nothing really standout or unique, but it was still an good vibe and welcoming. Solid 4 stars. I'll likely go again, especially if I want a beverage along with food, although I'll probably try one of their pizzas next time, as they looked very good.

Hands down PV Pie & Wine produces the best quality pizza I’ve had so far. The Paradise Valley Pie is absolutely to die for. In my opinion PV Pie & Wine puts Trevor’s including Federal Pizza to shame. I’m a former New Yorker and also from New Jersey so obviously I know what quality pizza should taste like. It’s no hidden secret that the best pizza in the country comes out of those two area areas, including Boston. I would say PV Pie & Wine would give some of those places on the East Coast a good run for their money.

I had a pizza with pepperoni and cauliflower crust, it was amazing. It was cooked perfectly and probably one of the best cauliflower bread i have had. I had a side salad with a vinergareti dressing. The have a great flavor and not over powering. Then a strawberry cheescake, was great.

Honestly, I don't know what all the hype is about this place. My friend and I pass by here daily. The parking lot is always full. Finally I said lets try it, we came here 2 time for the weekend Happy Hour, sitting at the bar both times. Both times the bartender couldn't be more unfriendly, no hello, no what can I get you. He put down the menus and immediately walked away. We had to get his attention to order both times. To note: he was very friendly to the regulars that sat at the bar. The 2 times we went we had Peachy Keen, Bottomless Mimosas and Beers. We also tried the Meat Me and the My Margarita Pizzas along with a Crab and Shrimp Cerviche. The best item that we liked was the Margarita Pizza and then again it's really not a pizza, it's more like a flat bread pizza which seems to be the trendy item these days. The Meat Pizza was overdone (see photo) and the Ceviche was OK. I'm glad we tried this place, so now I can take it off my list. Atmosphere: nice, bright and trendy. Service: OK from the bar area. Food: OK.

I recently visited PV Pie & Wine and really enjoyed the overall vibe—such a nice, inviting wine bar atmosphere. It feels like a great place to relax, and the menu looked really good—simple, well-curated, and exactly the kind of options I’d want when going out. That said, my experience didn’t quite match the setting. The bar area was fully taken over by a party coming soon (yet to arrive upon my departure), which caught me off guard since I was hoping to sit there. I stayed, but had a hard time connecting with a server. I was initially approached while on a phone call, and after that I wasn’t able to get anyone’s attention again or place a food order. I’d definitely give it another try because the environment and menu are so appealing—it seems like a great spot, and with a little more attentiveness in service, it could easily be an amazing experience.

The place has a great and nice design, the food is great!, we love the flavors. We order some meet ball for appetizer, and a pizza. It was thin, crispy and flavored, good option! The server was very helpful and kind. We enjoy very much the time there :)
