I don’t write a lot of reviews, but when it’s due, as it is here, I feel compelled to say something. The service team at Porsche North Scottsdale is outstanding. My service advisor, Jaime Avila, is truly wonderful. He’s a great communicator, keeps me in the loop at every step, and his knowledge of the cars is second to none. More importantly, he gives reasonable, honest advice about what services actually need to be performed - no upselling, no pressure. I also want to recognize the shop foreman, Jeff, who went the extra mile in a way that really stood out. I had a squeak coming from the driver-side area, and instead of guessing, Jeff took the time to go for a drive with me so we could identify the sound together. We drove around, pinpointed it, and they fixed it. That kind of care and attention makes a difference. I couldn’t say enough nice things about Jaime, Jeff, and the entire service team. Great communication, real expertise, and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. I truly appreciate great service, and this was exactly that.

I had an excellent experience at Porsche North Scottsdale. Jordan provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly and effectively, keeping me informed about what repairs were covered under warranty and what items would be outside of warranty coverage. I really appreciated his transparency and attention to detail. Jordan went above and beyond by helping get a water stain removed from my sunroof shade at no additional charge, which was greatly appreciated. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the experience exceptionally positive.

On a Sunday afternoon, I experienced a puncture in my right rear tire, that was not repairable. I got online and made an appointment for Monday morning at the Porsche service center, for 7:15 AM. I got in there on Monday morning, they had a loaner for me and had my car as good as new by lunchtime. I was extremely grateful for the great service that they provided.

Whether it’s making sure my service is handled properly, keeping me updated, or arranging a loaner when needed, he truly treats you like family and makes you feel taken care of. Recently had a great experience for a routine service. Got great consultation about what needed to be done and actually much that did not need attention at this time. Porsche North Scottsdale service department is exactly what you’d expect . Top tier customer service every time ! I love the service videos they send , very informative and reassuring that they are never trying to take advantage. When owning a Porsche you know service will not be cheap so I find the prices to be reasonable and I feel good about having my car in their hands . My service agent was Mark and he was extremely helpful in making sure my car was completed same day . I was put into a loaner as I waited , it was quick and easy . I highly recommend Porsche North Scottsdale service department.
