Me and my boyfriend went to PHX Burrito House for the first time about three weeks ago. It's a local place and we were blown away by how delicious and filling these burritos were! Definitely check this place out if you haven't been here! Even if you have been here. You should still go! The prices are reasonable and the options are plentyyyyy! The staff is also very nice and has fun stories to tell! Check out the pictures. You'll see this place is full of color on the inside! But so is the outside! It has an outside area that is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful murals! Whether you're eating inside or outside. You'll have a wonderful time looking at all the color around you!
When we lived in Phoenix, this Melrose District restaurant was my favorite burrito place. Now back in town for a conference, it was my first stop. I ordered the green chile pork burrito with pinto beans (exquisite) and a chicken taco, which was a little dry on its own, but the accompanying red and green salsa easily fixed that. It was more food than I needed, but I had missed this place so much. The walls and patio are adorned with Lotería images — and if this meal were a card, it would be El Corazón, because this place will always have my heart.
Hands Down The BEST BREAKFAST BURRITO IN ARIZONA. this is a family run local spot. 10 out of 10 recommend.

★☆☆☆☆I found a hair inside my Carne Asada burrito which is a basic food safety failure. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, he offered to remake the burrito, but I declined. Once there’s a hygiene issue, I’m not interested in a replacement.
The bigger problem was the refund. I paid over $22 on my credit card after tip, and the worker told me he “couldn’t” issue a card refund. Instead, he handed me $12 cash and some change, which is not the amount I paid and not an acceptable resolution. Under Arizona consumer protection standards, a business is expected to provide a full refund when a product is defective or unsafe. Partial cash repayment is not a substitute for returning the full amount charged.
Between the contamination and the mishandled refund, this experience raised serious concerns about both cleanliness and basic compliance with standard refund practices.
I got a carne asada burrito with rice beans, cheese & cream! it was soooo good, the rice is so moist, pinto beans are soft, cheesy but not overpowering & carne is great, i didn’t get any nasty chewy pieces! They also offer bottled Sangria soda!!!!! I’ll definitely be back, thank you for lunch 🌯
Amazing! This was a great spot for our group of friends to stop for breakfast. Everything we ordered was delicious!
First time here and will definitely be back! Service was quick and super friendly, but most importantly the breakfast burritos we got were sooooo good! The salsa adds an extra layer of delicious flavor. 10/10 try this place.
