SOLD A VEHICLE WITHOUT CLEAR TITLE — STILL UNRESOLVED In October 22, 2025, I purchased a vehicle from Valley Car Group / Overstock Vehicles and financed it. What followed has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. My first temporary license plate expired on December 16, 2025. In January, the dealership issued a second temporary plate, which expired on February 8, 2026. By that point, I had already started following up weekly due to the complete lack of progress and communication. As the plates were about to expire again, the dealership issued yet another temporary plate for 90 days. Meanwhile, my lender began applying serious pressure due to the unresolved title and registration. It was not until February — nearly three months after the purchase — that I was finally informed the dealership did not have the vehicle title at all. The dealership later confirmed in writing that the title had not been received because of an incorrect payoff related to the previous owner, who had bounced a check. This issue existed before my purchase and was never disclosed at the time of sale. Despite this, the vehicle was sold to me without clear title. As of today, the title is still unresolved. I am now facing potential financial consequences, including an interest rate increase on my loan if permanent plates are not provided — all through no fault of my own. For clarity, my salesperson was Saif, who was professional and responsive throughout this process. The issue appears to be related to dealership title handling, not his individual actions. This experience has caused months of stress, uncertainty, and financial risk. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to confirm they have clear title in hand before purchasing.

I was on the look of a car for my son and looked on Overstock Vehicles and found the perfect car, so I called and understood my call like professionals.They communicated me with a person in Spanish named William whom was very professional and focused on what I was looking for. Everything was over the phone so I didn’t have to go to the dealer, only when the car was ready and the surprise when I took a very good and detailed car. Thank you to the people at the body shop and William that was very professional and a good person without a doubt I would come back. They are very professional and give you very detailed information about the vehicle and the right paperwork. Thank you William!

These guys were amazing! I worked with Stephen. His attention to Carfax reports and diligence with finding me one with a perfect history report was admirable. He was kind, patient, flexible, accommodating, and 100% NOT your typical “pushy car salesman”. Thank God! He was super devoted to finding me the best car for ME not for his commission. He wanted me to be safe, secure, and have confidence that the car would last. He succeeded. Used car shopping is so challenging and beyond annoying. But not with these guys! I worked with probably 20 dealerships. And each one felt pushy and slimy. I went back to these guys twice, purely because I felt safe and confident that I was being helped for my personal needs, not for their financial benefit. Being a woman, Salesmen often take advantage of that and use charm and persistent sales tactics. Stephen made me feel cared for and safe. I honestly bought from them because of that. And also because Stephen truly found me the best car in the valley, for me. I absolutely LOVE my Jeep! Oh! And they made sure to fix anything that needed it before leaving the lot! I had brand new brakes and two new tires on my car before I picked it up!! These guys couldn’t have been better. At least Stephen, anyway!

Hands down, one of the best car buying expierneces I've had! Zero pressure, and all questions answered. Mike G was great to work with. If they have a vehicle you're looking for, I would deffinetly stop in and give them a chance.
