Midway Nissan

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership after being repeatedly told that the JBL premium sound system was a major selling point of the car. During the test drive, sound was coming through the speakers, so there was no indication of any issue. However, immediately after purchasing the vehicle and driving off the lot, we adjusted the audio settings and discovered that multiple speakers were not functioning. We contacted the dealership right away, and our concerns were initially dismissed as though the issue was not a defect requiring repair. After speaking with a manager, Mike, he agreed that all of the JBL speakers should be functioning and stated that replacement speakers would be ordered and installed. Weeks passed with little communication, and I repeatedly had difficulty reaching him. Calls were often sent to voicemail, and promised callbacks never happened. Now, after waiting three weeks, I have been informed that the dealership will only repair some of the defective speakers while refusing to repair the rear window speaker, despite it being part of the same premium sound system that was used as a key selling point during the purchase process. My frustration is not only with the unresolved repair but also with the lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service. Had the issue been addressed promptly and completely, this could have been a positive experience. Instead, I have spent weeks chasing updates and trying to get the dealership to honor what was promised. I hope this review encourages better communication and accountability for future customers.

Midway Nissan was always supportive with an exceptional customer care mindset. Eric, the service engineer, always helps me, and he really goes to great lengths to help his customers, understanding their needs and concerns.

I had a very good experience at Midway Nissan on Bell Rd. Every thing was very smooth and they had a brand new car ready for me after starting the process the previous day from work. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted with kindness. Everyone introduced themselves and the financial part was smooth as well. I got a way better deal than I expected with my not so perfect credit score. I can truly appreciate the team and recommend Midway Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car. I came in today to get an oil change and tire rotation which according to other reviews takes little to an hour. What was said to take a few hours lasted until literal closing for the service department… but best part? I never got updated for my car No pictures, no calls. No messages. Nothing. It’s actually still back there as I’m typing lol. This is extremely frustrating for me because I have work at 4 in the morning, which I can no longer attend because my steel toe shoes were in my trunk and will honestly very likely get pointed for my attendance. A simple update would have saved a trip to and back from the dealership but I guess it passed them by?… Very frustrated and out $40 for uber and missing out on 200$ from this weeks check. Had I been a single mother or a college student I don’t know how one would be able to manage in this day and age so for those of you whom those apply to I honestly recommend being like a fly on turd or just not coming at all! (I’m aware I should have searched the servicing hours but still it is not okay that as a customer I need to be going out of my way to ensure my car doesn’t get locked up for the night👎

I have gotten my Murano serviced here since the day I bought it about 6 years ago. Victor is the guy to go with. Very professional and I have only had great experiences with him. I recently bought a Lexus and have wanted to establish a relationship with the Toyota dealership (Lexus) to make sure that I get OEM parts etc. and the service I have gotten so far has been night and day. Bottom line, if you have a Nissan I would get in with Victor.

The service director George and service advisor Victor were both fantastic. They listened compassionately to my concerns and took as much time as needed to hear me out and take great care of my vehicle. After a rocky start with the sales department, they sure turned it around for us and we are now customers for life at Midway. Hats off to George and his team for being so thoughtful and helpful. 10 stars!
