Complete waste of money. My car came out looking almost the same as when I drove in-covered in dirt, with bird poop still on the hood and dried bugs all over the front bumper. When I complained, the manager made a lazy excuse, telling me the machine wouldn't remove it and that I "needed a hand wash." What am I even paying for if your car wash can't handle basic bird poop and bugs? To make matters worse, they completely skipped the interior. I literally had to ask them to re-clean my back seat because they hadn't even touched it. Lazy service and terrible management excuses. Save your cash and go somewhere else.
These guys over at Lindstrom are absolutely the best. I only do business here and I highly suggest you do too!! I’ve built such a good relationship with them over the years and they take such pride and what they do and my vehicles are always showroom clean when they’re finished! I’ve had them fully detailed my limousine and maintaining car washes throughout! From the main guys that write your service ticket, (which are the best by the way I really love interacting with them when I first pull up) All the hard workers who finish the job off at the end of the cycle. Army and her crew Truly go above and beyond thank you so much guys!! Can’t forget about the Friendly staff inside at the counter as well! What a great team they have there and their customer service is excellent and exceptional! I’m so glad to do business there! Their prices are very reasonable! Two thumbs up 👍 👍
I got my truck buffed and paint sealant done today and I was very dissatisfied with the result. When I’m paying over $300 for a buff and paint sealant. And the first thing the detailer said is there’s a lot of overspray. And they didn’t clay bar my truck like I was told it would be. And they didn’t clean off the bird shit on the hood. I understand that it wouldn’t be 100% due to it being a 7yr old black truck in Arizona. But I just got straight up finessed
I paid $100 for a full service wash and they didn't touch the fold of my wheel well, door jams weren't wiped and they left a glob of grease on my bumper. As a former detailer, it wouldn't be acceptable on a basic wash. I shouldn't have to go home and finish the job.
Paid $36 for the works and $8 to shampoo two floor mats. Staff did an amazing job… except they forgot to vacuum the back of my CRV and did not apply the dressing. Called them to let them know the back was not cleaned. Their response- $80 to use the dressing in the back as they do not include dressing in the works option, which is not true. I gave a $20 tip because I know how hard the staff works on vehicles, especially in the heat. And this is their response. Unbelievable.
I've lived in Phoenix for 40 years, this place is likely the last full service car wash establishment left, at least as far as I know. That being said, they don't act like it. Service is always quick as possible, but, that being said, as the last full service car wash, it is always extremely busy, so be prepared to wait, the wait is always worth it if you want a well cleaned car. Whenever I get my car washed, it's always a coin toss as to how many individuals will try to drive my car into the wash as my car is a manual transmission. I find it amusing. One time, several years ago, no one was apparently available so they just manually pushed it in and pushed it out at the other end, but credit to them, they did it and didn't mind, they even laughed about it and high-fived each other. That kind of commitment to service is rare, sadly.
I recently got a car wash at Lindstrom. The next day I was driving home in the rain and when my wipers turned on, both my wiper blades were missing. The car wash operator clearly didn’t turn off the wipers before putting it through the car wash and failed to even tell me I no longer had wiper blades, leaving me in an unsafe position driving home. I called and spoke with the manager and he declined to take ownership of their error as their policy is to turn off the auto wipers yet the operator clearly didn’t. Nor did he apologize. He said it was fine if I took my business elsewhere, which is rude and inappropriate customer service.
Amazing experience here! Needed a LOT of dog hair and a drink spill that molded the car floor and residual science from a flooded parking lot months ago and it's like new. Also incredibly friendly, personable people and did a great job too!
