I came to Scottsdale to turn in my Porsche Macan for another Macan. When I went to that dealer I just wasn’t feeling it and kind of opted to keep my car. I only really had the next day to see if another car popped my cork. We were visiting Scottsdale for a surgery at Mayo Clinic for my husband from Colorado—not great timing. At Mayo parking lot I saw a Range Rover Velar and it instantly “popped my cork”!! Ha! So the next day we went to Land Rover Scottsdale. We test drove the Velar and I really loved it. So, even though it took pretty much the whole day, we traded in my car and purchased the Range Rover! Our sales consultant Jose Albanil was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with us! All in all a great experience!
Ryan, my salesman, was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable. And helpful. Overall, the experience was very simple and straightforward. I bought a new 2026 Range Rover, and traded in a vehicle as well, and was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend!!

We were looking for BMW X5. Didn’t expect to see it on their lot, but it was there, the exact Car and year that I wanted, with the right interior and exterior color. It was basically sitting there with my name on it We showed up at the dealership 30 minutes before close and decided to purchase eight minutes before close. Everyone stayed late to help us get the car of my dreams. It was a very smooth, easy experience and I’m very grateful
Purchased a 2023 Lexus RX 350 from here and overall had a great experience. Moises was fantastic on the sales side — knowledgeable, no pressure, made the whole process easy.
After the sale, I discovered the front camera lens was cracked. My initial attempts to get it resolved through the sales manager were met with a dismissive response and zero willingness to help, which was frustrating. However, once I reached out to Mark Spendley, the experience completely turned around. Mark took ownership of the situation immediately, and Cameron from the service center scheduled the repair at no cost and sent Nate to pick up my car and deliver it back to my house. That’s the kind of service you expect from a luxury dealership.
Bottom line — the people here are excellent. Moises, Mark, Cameron, and Nate all delivered. One manager nearly cost the dealership a customer and a positive review, but the rest of the team more than made up for it. Thanks Mark and team!

I specifically want to highlight Cheryl Wolfe, who always does an amazing job. Whenever I bring my vehicle in, she ensures that my loaner is ready to go right away, making the drop-off seamless. She also communicates clearly throughout the entire process so I am never left wondering about the status of my car.
Additionally, I absolutely love the video the technicians send of my engine and the underside of the car. Seeing exactly what they are checking is incredibly thorough, detailed, and informative. It really gives me peace of mind.
