Edit: Thank you for the response. The strange thing is that the dumpster is behind the restaurant and these were all in the most southwest spot of the parking lot, very far from the dumpster. But whatever. All these were found on the ground outside the OHSO on Central and Dunlap. I've done valet. They don't just blow off the window wiper. You need a trash pocket. I used back left. This isn't acceptable. Don't throw the tickets on the ground. Not cool.

Should not make people force to use you guys. I didn't want youe employees in my car. Your employee refuses to let me park my own car. I'm so beyond upset.

Terrible customer service and treatment of our vehicle. My wife visited Culinary Dropout in Tempe on November 4th and the valet attendant parked our BMW X5 right up against a bush with 6 inches to spare on the driver side and opened the door right INTO the bush, causing scratches to the paint on the door. Called the manager of the restaurant and he reviewed the camera footage and confirmed it, and also agreed the valet should not have put the car in that spot and with no room to get in and out of the vehicle clear of the bush. Was told to call the office of the valet company. I called on two separate occasions and BOTH office employees told me they would look into and call me back. It’s now November 14th and I have no callback still. I will be calling back again a third time and continue until this gets resolved. It’s one thing to treat someone’s luxury vehicle like this, it makes it much worse to leave me with no response and in the dark on what we are doing to rectify the situation. I hope the owner sees this review because it’s a failure of multiple employees here.

Integrity Valet is hands-down the best valet team we’ve ever worked with at Scottsdale Ferrari and there’s no one else we trust for our events! Integrity Valet’s guiding principles of trustworthiness, accountability and exemplary service shine through in the actions of their employees and management team. This past weekend, my husband and I had the unfortunate experience of another patron backing into and damaging our vehicle. Integrity’s valet not only witnessed the incident, but resourcefully urged the driver to leave a responsibility contact note and provided pen & paper for the driver’s use. We can’t thank this young man enough for his caring and commitment to “doing the right thing”. Damage to our vehicle was significant and would have required an expensive repair without our ever understanding what had happened during our absence. Thanks to your attendant’s efficient actions and his manager’s return phone call, we were easily able to contact the other driver to schedule a satisfactory remedy to an otherwise frustrating start to a new year.
