I ordered a custom deck over with High Desert the entire process was pretty smooth. It took a little bit to get trailer built & delivered. The build time was told upfront before any of the process was started. They hit the timetable almost to the date & had me in there to pickup pretty much as soon as it arrived. Super solid crew (Trae & Cody) even haggled with finance company to get me more satisfied with the interest & terms on my load. I have had multiple trailers in their service department and was super happy with my 1st purchase with them. I will definitely bring more business their way in the future!
We just bought a 24' MAXX D equipment hauler. Everyone was so kind and honest. Cody gave us numbers up front over the phone and when we got there the trailer was ready. We just had to sign and pay. Picked up our Maxx D 16x83 from Trae and the amazing group at High Desert Trailer Sales. We deep dove into research as this was going to be to haul a 4 seater Polaris General, Trae was so responsive and helpful and not pushy. Once we completed our transaction (less than 20 min) they held it for us for a week. When we came to pick it up it was all shined up. We got a complete walk through by the sweetest gentleman (can’t remember his name) and were given safety tips on connecting the trailer and even walked us through our hitch. We couldn’t have chose a better company to go through.
