The staff was all very lovely and greeted everyone promptly upon arrival. The check in process was smooth and was offered water while I waited. The space itself is decorated well and the layout seems to maximize the utilization of the space. Their bathroom is stocked with hygiene items if needed. I will say, the actual space for facials feels cramped as I had to weave my way around the estheticians to make my way to the bathroom prior to my appointment slot. I have been to a handful of spas throughout the valley and many membership based studios, and this setup was a tad unappealing. There are six stations located in the back studio space with each guest laying side by side which does not feel private. For the price of services offered if expect some privacy during each service. The facial itself was lovely, with the initial steps being thoroughly explained by the esthetician. At the end of service, I was recommended a few products to utilize during my home skincare routine.

Kenzie is a miracle worker. My dry desert face is glowing. She has a magic touch and relaxed the stress out of my tight jaw on top of treating my skin. I can't recommend her enough!

I had an amazing first experience at Hi Skin with Makenzie. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the facial and the products she was using, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her expertise. She was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and noticeably healthier afterward. The entire experience was relaxing, intentional, and results driven. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment.

Update: the company called me and was really interested in hearing more about my review which I think is a great sign that they care about their service and improving their service. They did let me know that the products they sell are medical grade which is why they are priced as such. They were great listeners and even offered me a free session to rectify for my experience. I’ve updated my review from a 2 stars to 3 because of their customer service. Original review: Booked their “Really Good” facial and for $150 (basic facial price), I was sadly disappointed. This is of course my personal experience so please take it with a grain of salt. first thing is first, I felt as though the extractions did not truly get everything out out of my skin. The infrared light was super bright, and I had to ask for additional eye coverage. I was not seen for the full one hour that the facial was listed for so I felt short changed. And, their add-ons were so expensive; $65 for dermaplaning and $65 for an oxygen infusion. After paying for my basic facial, the dermaplaning add-on, I left paying a lot more money than what I had anticipated. I almost wish they could just give you a price range upfront so you can be mentally prepared for the eye gauging. The last thing I will say is they offered me certain products to add to my routine and these products ranged from $50-$150 … mind you, my aesthetician said that these products were more “affordable”. If I had gotten both add-ons plus bought their suggested products I would’ve paid well over $400 just for one facial appointment which I think is absolutely highly robbery.

Very disappointed with my experience at Hi Skin located at 100 East Camelback Road, Suite 132, Phoenix, AZ 85012 I went there for a chemical peel treatment and ended up doing it twice because I was told it could help improve my skin. Unfortunately, after two treatments I saw absolutely no change. I followed all the aftercare instructions and gave my skin time to heal, but there was no visible improvement at all. Considering how expensive these treatments are, it felt like a waste of money and time. I wish the staff had been more honest about the expected results or whether this treatment would actually work for my skin before recommending multiple sessions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place for chemical peels.

Wonderful facial with a great line of products! Everyone was friendly and the music was also perfect. I added the Dermaplaning and it was well worth it. My aesthetician, Trejai, was informative, made me feel comfortable in my 60year old skin, and we had a nice chat during the hour. Highly recommend:-)

Samantha at the Phoenix Hi Skin location has done wonders to my skin. I had some pretty stubborn acne that she cleared up. Love her so much!
