David and Carla were absolutely freaking amazing gave me so much good feedback and were able to answer my questions with educational background and knowledge based on the questions I was asking. You can tell they take care of their animals and their set ups are absolutely amazing. They take care of their animals just like they’re there until they leave this place. I love it. Amazing experience! We originally went in looking for information about purchasing a chameleon, but the staff took the time to really educate us about their care needs and we realized a chameleon wouldn’t be the best fit for our home. Instead of trying to make a sale, they gave us honest, knowledgeable guidance and helped us find a bearded dragon that was a much better match for us. We left feeling confident, informed, and excited. I wanna say Daniel (so bad at remembering names) was patient, friendly, and clearly cares about both the animals and their customers. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reptiles and trustworthy advIce. My kids are beyond excited to add “citrus” to the fam and she’s already watching TikTok with us lol

I got my genetic stripe ball python (Emery in picture 💙) from Custom Creatures and honestly, I would never go anywhere else. Everyone there is incredible and extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing. They take pride in the care of the animals and I am so thankful to have found this place. If you are looking for anything reptile related, go check them out! I promise, you won’t be disappointed! 🥰

I purchased a white tree frog and a aussie green tree frog on Dec. 27th 2025. i purchased everything from Custom Creatures, the total was over $500.00. I asked the manager several questions on how to take care of the frogs. When i brought them home I tried feeding them and they would not eat. I tried everyday. I went back to the store and talked to the manager to let him know of my concerns. He told me they sometimes take a little while to get use to the change. I purchased some crickets and went home. I continued trying to feed the frogs every day, and they still did not eat. I went back again to speak to the manager and he said to try putting the frogs in water before feeding time or try to put the crickets up the their mouths and irritate the frog with the cricket to kind of force him. I went back home and did what he suggested. Now it has been almost a month and neither frogs have eaten anything. I took one of the frogs to a exotic pet hospital to see if we could find the problem. They prescribed some food that we could force feed them so they would not starve. Since then one of the frogs has died and the other one is still not doing good. I have reached out to the owner of Custom Creatures and let him know exactly what is going on because I would like for the other frog to survive. He is basically keep telling me the frogs were in good health when I purchased them and it has to be my setup. I have sent him pictures and videos of my setup but he can not offer any solutions. He keeps telling me the frogs were healthy when I purchased them. I asked for a refund on the frog cost not the total cost of what I spent at his shop. He said no, the only thing he can do is give me a discount on a new frog. Why would i purchase a new frog if he is saying my set up is incorrect and it is my fault the frogs are dying? Why would I want to bring home new frogs to die? He is not helping me with how to keep the living one alive. Since they never ate not even once. I believe they had to already be sick when I purchased them. He said I can not go off of google or the exotic vet suggestions because they are not accurate, yet he does not tell me what is wrong with my tank or tell me how to properly take care of them. He just keeps telling me they were healthy when I purchased them. How can a business get a way with selling a customer something that is already sick. Do not buy from them, they are very unprofessional and do not take any accountability. I am very said that our frogs only lasted a few months.

This shop is amazing. Bought a beautiful and healthy albino snake from them and had help picking out items for snake. Everything I bought was very good prices and the service was amazing and friendly. Had a great experience. When we arrived here it was very close to closing and we still received great help and very friendly attitudes. When helping pick out items for our snake he explained why to buy this and why not to buy this very well. Snake just went through first shed and it went very smoothly due to all the help with picking stuff out.

I purchased my first reptile ever (3 month old high white albino California kingsnake) from a reptile expo in November and have been coming here for my snake needs ever since. The staff is very friendly and the manager David has always been very knowledgeable in helping me with any questions I have about my new snake baby.
