This is my second time using CoolZone Air for my carrier unit. Every interaction I have had has been wonderful and very personable. Today we had an issue where the house wasn’t cooling properly and I called at 12:30 and a little after 1pm Joseph was here to help us. Cool Zone Air responded very quickly to our call. They had someone out within 24hrs. We received a message prior to Justin's arrival with his picture and information which put me at ease. He was very kind and professional and worked quickly to get our home back to comfortable.
