Clean Freak Car Wash

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I have no other way to get this company's attention. While going through the Clean Freak Car Wash on Camelback, my passenger-side mirror was ripped off my vehicle, resulting in more than $1,500 in damage. I immediately reported the incident to the on-site manager, who had me fill out an incident report but offered little assistance beyond that. Since then, I have received no follow-up whatsoever. I've called multiple times, but no one answers the phone, and the voicemail inbox is always full. I've also tried to find another way to contact the company, but there doesn't appear to be any meaningful customer service contact information available online. At this point, I feel completely ignored. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds afterward says everything about its customer service. The complete lack of communication has been far more frustrating than the accident itself. I'm posting this review in the hope that someone from Clean Freak's corporate office will finally reach out so we can resolve this claim. I would much rather update this review with a positive outcome than leave it as a warning to other customers. If someone from Clean Freak is monitoring these reviews, please contact me so we can get this matter resolved. In response to the reply below: I appreciate your response to my review, but unfortunately it does not address the issue. As requested, I have already emailed the provided email address with all of the details regarding my claim and have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. It is unacceptable that the only communication I've received has been a public reply directing me to take a step I've already completed. My vehicle sustained over $1,500 in damage while going through your car wash due to no fault of my own, and I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter directly with your company. Because my efforts to communicate have been ignored, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and, if this matter continues to go unresolved, I intend to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office as well. I would much prefer to resolve this directly with Clean Freak rather than pursue additional action. Please have someone from your claims or corporate team contact me promptly so we can move this claim toward a resolution.

Its a car wash, like any other but when you try to cancel you get the run around. I cant cancel by email address, phone number or phone call [no call backs]. Went by 3 times, told the manager has to cancel but he is never there. I've left my number and get no call backs. Today, been waiting for 30 minutes. He is supposedly here but no one can find him. I need to leave soon.

CAR DAMAGE!! I brought my brand new vehicle through this car wash an specifically asked 2x for the brushes to be turned off. The brushes were not turned off and it resulted in my vehicle being scratched. I had never brought my vehicle into an automatic car wash until that day. As soon as I exited the car wash, I observed swirl scratches over the entirety of my vehicle. When I returned to have the issue resolved, I had to speak to Brandon. Simply put, this individual lacks professionalism. As you can clearly see in other reviews and photographs of him that have been posted. This “manager” argued with me for 20 minutes about how their equipment did not damage my vehicle, and that I did it myself or the dealer did it. Brandon then proceeded to say that it was scratched because I got the “basic” wash. Do yourself a favor and don’t give clean freak your business. I was told to fill out an incident report and I would get a callback from a “district manager” in 48 hours. 1 week later and still no contact. I should not have to search for ways to get someone to follow up with me. Circle K/Clean Freak Car Washes are absurd. Report to the Better Business Bureau as soon as you all can.

First off, the vacuums don’t work. Most of them hardly suck or are just pulled out and left on the ground. Secondly, the wash itself is terrible, even if you go through twice. There are other locations that are better. But why should I drive miles away from home because the one near me is this terrible? If you need to vacuum your car or don’t want to spend time wiping your entire car down after the “wash”, don’t bother with this location. They don’t care about quality.

Absolutely horrible experience. Do not go here. My car came out completely scratched up and wrecked.

**See their response below!!**. I DID cancel 7 days in advance. In FEBRUARY. I was still charged for march & April** Cancelled my membership in February but was still billed for march/april. DO not pay for the monthly subscription. ZERO ways to hold of them, everything is online and responses are automated. No corporate or customer service phone numbers listed. The response to this rating will be automated asking to "go to the website". All charges will have to be disputed by going to the bank. clean freak and rainstorm are powered by circle K.

Let me be totally clear: if I had only paid $10 for the wash, this would have been fine, but for $30 I did not receive what anyone would call a "good wash". See attached pictures below - Pretty bad for their "best" level of service.

Talk about nostalgic! Reminded me of when I was younger and we'd go thru the automatic car wash and play silly games like who can hold their breath, etc etc. it moves much quicker, it's more efficient and gives a more thorough scrub then it did.
