One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Smiley immediately had a warm and inviting presence about him even though I just popped in to look around. I told him exactly what I was looking for and how I had done my research ahead of time and he made sure to find the exact car I wanted. He then partnered me up with a new salesperson named Cesar and took the time to help the young man with the selling process and paperwork. I learned a bit myself! During the interactions I had, it felt very relaxed and we even took time to share stories about our families and goals. During the delivery process, Cesar stayed in communication with key updates. On pick up day, it was seamless and more good vibes from the team. Smiley is the manager, but made time to come out with Cesar and see us off. I’ve owned several vehicles and have purchased for my loved ones across different states and manufacturers. When I tell you this was by far, the best car buying experience I’ve had to date, believe me. Ask for Smiley! He’ll find you the car you need regardless.

I had a great experience purchasing a used 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe at Camelback Hyundai. My salesman, Kassem, was both personable and professional, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. In fact, everyone on the team was kind, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. Kassem worked with me to get an excellent price, which I truly appreciated. After visiting several dealerships and test-driving different vehicles, Camelback Hyundai stood out as one of the best overall experiences. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Chip was a great salesperson that cared and willing to help. We first started at Kia where we wound a great car, but the manager was abrasive, dressed like he was the mechanic, and not personable. The manager there lied and made up stories about how he and the other dealerships got together to say they were not going to take away dealership add ons only for the telluride and that was everyone in the state. If it wasn’t for Chip, I would have walked out! Luckily, Chip is a great guy that brought us over to Hyundai. We found another great ride, and the manager there was great! Helped on prices, willing to negotiate, and honest. I worked in car sales before and I can say without a doubt would be happy to send my family and friends here to work with Chip because he isn’t pushy, or the typical sales only, he cares. The manager there is also helpful and not pushy or rude. 100% glad I went and stayed to find a great car!

Where to start! After finding out that my wife's car had a blown motor and my car had just been totaled due to an accident, we set out to do something we'd never done before, buying 2 cars at once! Kass and Ahmad went to work with the finance team and we walked out today with brand new Sonata for my wife and I bought a slightly used but beautiful Tuscon! These guys were better than 5 stars. Straight forward, no BS, they never told ne what they thought I needed. They listened to what I needed l, and the payments that I needed and they made it happen! I strongly recommend going to see these guys if your are in the market for a car or cars!!

Everyone at camelback Hyundai was wonderful they gave me just what I wanted at a price I was happy with. The salesman Mek Iheama was awesome. He was so helpful and answered all questions as did the finance manager. (Sorry I forgot his name). I just love my Hyundai Venue and its just the perfect size for me yet being an SUV. I will be a repeat buyer.

Incompetent service personnel. My girlfriend brought her car for a transmission service and they removed the plastic undertray and failed to resecure it properly. My girlfriend was on the freeway when it came loose and started slapping around underneath. I looked at it and found that used old clips with a bunch of broken plastic after they last worked on the vehicle. We brought it back, and these buffoons used the same bag of broken plastic clips that we brought back to the dealer and left a bunch of clips missing...AGAIN. I could never recommend this dealers and their shoddy work.

This is my second visit for service on my 2025 Elantra and they were very quick with initial contact and service. The people there are very nice. I worked with Ismael (Ish) and he was great along with his team! I love how they send you a video of your car and what will be done/ what is suggested. Thanks!

I just wanted to say thank you so so much to Ahmad Swaidan (15/10) 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 and all of the wonderful employees who work at camelback Hyundai dealership :) The environment and atmosphere itself is very welcoming, approachable, and calming :) you can really tell that the agents truly care about you getting the best deal and getting what you want. I did not feel pressured or pushed into any decision. I was met with kindness options and full authenticity. Special shout out to Ahmad who worked with me personally to find the exact car I wanted :) He gave me a great price for my car as a trade-in and my monthly payments are reasonable and affordable for my new vehicle :) He was personable and kind and so pleasant to be around, he really treated me like I was a person and not just a number or a customer. I would highly recommend going to him, he is very smart and dedicated to making the process as easy as possible :) he is VERY good at his job :) I feel like the car industry gets a pretty bad rap for salesman who truly don’t value people as people and I just wanted to say that this specific dealership has completely rewritten my narrative on this topic. I feel so thankful to have had their support in this process :) Also Eric you are a gem of a person! I had a great time chatting with you, thank you for explaining everything so well and thank you for being so personable and kind to me :)!
