Very unprofessional here! Me and my girl Delylah, with our soon to be 2yr old son. We purchased a used 2021 Hyundai Veloster. Everything went great, we test drove the car and we liked it, so we moved along to the deal. Sales person whole helped us was Albert. He told us we were approved at 515-525 payment which was higher than we wanted but we still signed, both me and her. They had us ring the bell so make it feel good, which it did. Here comes a full week and weekend on 04/6/2026 and my girl gets a called from the dealer saying we need to come and sign more papers for the loan. I end up calling to confirm and the lady comfirmes that is the reason. So after I got off work me and my girl delylah get our son ready and her moms bags packed as she stayed over the weekend. We get tot the dealer and someone helped us to where we were sitting in one of the office where they told us that they could keep the deal approved unless we had a co-signer(if not we’d give the car back). I was under the impression that we were approved especially with being on the phone with the bank that we were getting the loan from just a couple of saying making sure everything is good to go with my paystuns. They confirmed yes that everything is good. Shortly me and my girl take all the packed bags and my sons car seat outta the car so they can take it and we sat in a corner with all of our bags packed, frustrated over the fact that they lied about just coming to sign documents. I couldn’t get my down payment refund of $1700 because accounting wasn’t there but they are willing to take in a pamynent even if accounting isn’t there. The manager who was talking to us was very uninformed and “threw into the mix” is what he told me. So we just waiting for an hour with our son who is hungry since it was about dinner time, Bored of the wait, and tired. Didn’t have shoes on because we’re were thinking it was just gonna go in and sign and then leave not be there for a hour and a half, again wasting our time just like when we first purchased the car. They did not care about communication or had any consideration of telling us the truth over the phone so that wai I could figured a plan on getting the car over there and having a ride back, so I didn’t have to bring my son and girl’s mom for no reason. Only care about making the sale not about the customers.

After a week of test driving vehicles, we ended up at Bell Honda and settled on a 26 CR-V Sport L hybrid with AWD. Amber Cuellar and Corey were our contacts. Both did an exceptional job in selling their product after going through a week of double speak and mis truths at other places. We obtained a good trade in price and an OTD price. The process was seamless with them. My wife was very pleased with her XMAS present. Highly recommend Bell for a car buying experience. Wasn't perfect but they were very good.

I highly recommend Bell Honda to anybody looking for a new Vehicle.. I never thought I could get a brand new car on my own. Autonation was a nightmare from the beginning after selling me a used car at 27.99% APR and it just got worse from there. With help from Bell Honda service center and sales people at the sales dept I was able to get my loan payed off for the 2009 accord and get in a brand new Honda Civic 2026. I finally have peace of mind and don't have to worry about my car breaking down on a monthly basis. 7th ave and Bell . Thank you Faith at the service center, Michael in sales dept. And Bear in sales dept I have a Beautiful safe and dependable car for many yrs to. Come.

Recently purchased a new Honda CRV Hybrid from Bell Honda. Our salesperson was Amber Cuellar was the best! She offered us exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price and the best deal on our trade. The finance team, Blake and Leo, were excellent also explaining every item completely. Walid the finance manager was there to provide any assistance needed and was more than happy to help. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a new Honda in the north Phoenix area to check Bell Honda before they sign, you’ll be glad you did!

I had the best car buying experience with A.J. yesterday. What a refreshing way to buy a car! This young man deserves an A++ for excellent customer service. I had just experienced the worst at another dealership. A.J. was a breath of fresh air! Honest and up front. No games, no lying! I highly recommend A.J. and the entire Bell Honda team. P.S. we must have been greeted by at least 10 people while we waited for A.J. to come up front.

Was a previous Honda owner and decided to try a Kia Sportage out for the last couple of years which was great-but nothing like a Honda. Needed to get back in one but my options were limited due to my budget. Originally I was headed over to California for A 2020 Alfa romeo Guilia with 23k miles but noticed a blue one with 77k miles and slightly more features, Came in for an appointment with Jesus and got paired up with Jalal, Hands down the easiest experience ever, my sales representative was friendly and far from pushy, I genuinely could tell he was happy for me And enjoys his job!
