Clean, quiet and fast. Steven is beyond helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you have the best care options. More than fairly priced and will work to ensure you get what you need. In a time when money is the only thing anyone cares about, it was refreshing to work with a company that actually wants to help their community. I will be taking all of my business here in the future. Ask what they can do to help you. I didn't have to sacrifice quality due to budget. got a yearly supply of my usual for the price I paid for 6 months supply anywhere else. Beyond that, just super kind and helpful.
Polite and professional staff from the front desk to doctor. The exam was just as thorough as any other I've had over the years, but somehow shorter. My prescription was also more dialed in and correct.
Online booking was easy, and even same day. The check in process was easy enough without having to check dozens of boxes with paper and pen. Pre-exam was straight to the point and great. The actual exam wasn't full of attempted up sells and got my prescription corrected. Going over insurance and ordering product was a breeze.
It was about an hour as a new patient at the tail end of the business day with glasses being adjusted and ordering new contacts.
One location. One crew. Not a big chain sort of (turn em and burn em) kind of experience. The teammates appear to be happy too. Because, I see the same faces year after year. You kiddin me? Always teriffic. And fast! I don’t think I have ever been there for more than a hour and I have been going there for almost 10 years. Them folks really care about my health and safety. I have recommended them to lots of people.
The office is in a pretty building complex with a courtyard. It’s nice inside with a unique interior. A little dated maybe, but in a good location, and I think the staff was great! There was hardly a wait to be seen.
The eye doctor was kind, we had a good chat about the exam/ photo taken of my eye and the types of changes my sight is going through with an astigmatism. I did need glasses, which I hadn't needed in many years since I had lasik.
The staff helped pick out a pair of frames that worked for a more rounded face and were very upfront about costs which I loved. They got a calculator out and kept total of everything with insurance pay factored in and all.
I did notice, even though I asked them to use my preferred name instead of my legal name (they said they'd change it) that they still greeted me with the legal name when I came to pick my frames up. Small inconvenience though.
Frame fitting was easy and the person there helped to bend them so they curled around the ear more. They use a texting system too, so it was easy to make an appointment, I really liked that, as I didnt have to call if I didnt have time/want to.
All in all, good experience! Will go again/ recommend!
Dr. Alsadi and his team provide quick, clear, and professional service. I've been a patient for 3 years, and like that they use camera technology instead of eye dilation procedures, and that they will answer any questions you have about any of the tests or outcomes of your exams. They are not pushy with sales of services or products, so you feel at ease with choosing glasses or upgrades. They clearly explain costs and are happy to review your insurance benefits to ensure you're getting maximum covered. Lastly, they use a text message based appointment reminder system, and it's a monitored line so I was able to confirm my appt and even send my updated insurance info without having to make a phone call.
The service here is unbelievably good, and is by far the best experience I have had at an optometrist. The entire staff here works remarkably well together, and harmoniously guide you through the whole process.
I have to also give a special remark towards the optician, Sharon, who was exceptionally patient and helpful at picking out the right frame and lens.
I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the market to get another pair of glasses.

Amazing eye care. I recently have been getting fitted for hard contact lenses and my vision is better than 20/20. I cant remeber the last time I was able to see this good! Exceptional work on the doctors part. I am a life long customer.
