Acura North Scottsdale

We just bought our third car from Acura North Scottsdale and they are amazing. They negotiate well and have always given us a fair price on our vehicles that we turn in. We love Paul Grazziano, and I always appreciate his professionalism and kindness whenever we are there.

I just bought my 2nd Acura from this dealership. What a great buying experience both times. Bailey helped us the first time, Alex and Richard in finance helped us yesterday. Alex was so nice, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Richard was great with the paperwork and fast!! We would recommend Acura North Scottsdale to anyone!!!

Our-in-laws purchased an RDX from Acura N. Scottsdale last month and told us how great their experience was. They’ve been going there for years, ever since owning their previous Acura. My wife and I recently purchased our first Acura (MDX) and the experience was by far the best we’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. The entire process was outstanding- from our first point of contact with our sales consultant, Michael Brusa, to the financing team. It truly feels like a family-oriented atmosphere. Michael Brusa was incredibly helpful, clearly explaining all the capabilities of the vehicle. It was truly refreshing to meet someone who knows his product inside and out. What an outstanding young man!

Alex and team have been very easy to work with. Alex has been nothing but professional, responsive, proactive and genuine. Best car buying experience I've had to date. My Sales Rep Michael was really good! Highly recommend him. Would be a 5 star except some “overkill” on corporate paperwork that was highly unnecessary. That being said, my sales rep Michael was great and did an amazing job showing my wife all the bells & whistles of her new MDX.

I had an amazing experience with Michael Brusa. He deliver the car, he spent so much time explaining all of the details, which for someone like me who is not used to all the new computer updates in the car, especially since I had a 12 yr old car. He was so courteous, it was very refreshing in today’s world! I had been car “shopping” for several months. I can say other salesmen and dealerships should take lessons from Michael. I would highly recommend him and Acura North!

My car got totaled in an accident by an impaired driver and I had to find a replacement quickly. I dread car shopping due to aggressive sales tactics and questionable mark ups. I found the car I was looking for at Acura North Scottsdale. The same car was at another dealership too. The one at Acura NS was in much better condition, had a clean carfax and was priced better. I worked with Alex at Acura NS and explained my situation, the insurance covered rental car I had was going away in 3 days. He was attentive but not pushy. From the test drive to the purchase a few days later Alex kept in touch but not excessively so. When we got the insurance check I called Alex to let him know we were coming in to purchase. It was his day off but he came in to do take care of us. There were no surprises on the price, no add on’s or questionable charges. Everything went smoothly and they had the car detailed with a full tank of gas for us when we picked it up. I Would not hesitate to work with Alex and Acura NS on our next car purchase. Thank You!
