Rock Island Ridges at Riverchase

I absolutely loved living at Rock Island Ridges and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home! We lived there from October 2024 to May 2026, and honestly wish we had found it sooner after moving to the area. It has truly been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! The apartments and community are exceptionally well maintained, and it’s clear the staff genuinely takes pride in creating a beautiful place to live. Almost daily, I would see the pool being cleaned, chairs neatly arranged, and the grounds carefully maintained. They also regularly invest in deeper upkeep like hallway carpet cleaning, fresh paint, and sidewalk pressure washing. It’s the first apartment complex I’ve lived in where the level of care and attention consistently stood out. The gated community adds an extra sense of safety, which is especially nice for families. The dog parks are spacious and became one of our favorite parts of the property: not only great for pets, but also a wonderful way to meet neighbors and build connections. We rarely had any maintenance issues during our stay, but whenever we requested small things like light replacements, the maintenance team responded quickly and professionally. I also really appreciated that they proactively replaced air filters regularly. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about how much they care about residents’ comfort. Another thing I loved was the monthly social events. They created such a welcoming atmosphere and made it easy to meet neighbors and make friends, especially if you’re new to town. Rock Island Ridges truly feels like a community, not just an apartment complex. The location is also fantastic ! They are right off the freeway, making it incredibly convenient to get into Columbus or farther into Phenix City. Pretty much anything you need is within 10–15 minutes, while still being tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. Finally, the staff and office team deserve special recognition. Hands down, they are the kindest, most organized, and most professional apartment staff I’ve ever encountered!! Every interaction was welcoming, communication was always clear and prompt, and I genuinely felt comfortable reaching out with any questions or concerns. I’m very grateful for the time we spent here and absolutely highly recommend Rock Island Ridges to anyone considering moving to the area!

The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and in a great location. The layout is practical, with plenty of natural light and modern finishes. The building feels safe and quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with. She was professional, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her guidance.

I recently moved back to the states from Europe. I inquired @ Rock Island Ridges via email and was contacted immediately. The staff at Rock Island Ridges were extremely helpful, responsive, and listened to my needs. I met with Mrs. Hurdle, my Leasing Agent at Rock Island Ridges, she was friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable about the complex, offering a tour, which highlighted all the amenities that Rock Island Ridges has to offer. We toured various apartments, which allowed me to compare what was available. Mrs. Hurdle had an opening in an apartment which overlooks the Chattahoochee River, offering beautiful views any time of day-I was instantly sold. The staff here at Rock Island Ridges really treat you like family, providing you with a sense of community, a beautifully maintained property, all while offering you a secure, safe place to call home. Outstanding staff, and top notch customer service!

My daughter and I had a great tour experience at Rock Island Ridges! Joy was very welcoming, informative, and made the tour comfortable and enjoyable. Taelor was also very helpful with answering additional questions. The property is beautiful and professionally maintained!

My husband and I have been here at Rock Island Ridges for a month now and we couldn't be happier. Our move from the beach has been exciting and looking at the lake every day has been so tranquil. During our whole process of wanting to be here and finding the right location at Rock Island, Jennifer did an amazing job and found the perfect spot we asked for. We have a spacious 3 bedroom and couldn't be happier. Also, we had our 1st experience with St. Patrick's day celebration here and it was wonderful, they go all out. The whole staff is amazing and we are happy to say this is our new home here at Rock Island Ridges at Rverchase.

Extraordinary, is the word that comes to mind every time I wake up in the apartment unit of a castle I live in. I was looking for a peaceful and safe place near Fort Moore to call home where I didn’t have to worry about theft, noise or calamity. Abygail is truly a remarkable community director, it would have been a crime not to mention her diligent work to make sure my every need was met. She essentially gave me a full virtual tour with plenty of pictures and responds quickly to email. Even on New Year’s Day she stopped by to set my place up for me as I changed my move in date last second. I am looking forward to the next few years here at Rock Island!

One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! The process when moving in was fast and easy! They accommodated to everything needed and worked with me. During move out was painless. Living on the river was the most amazing part of my experience here. Ursala was amazing to work with and so respectful! All in all an amazing place to live. Top choice if ever moving back down south!
