Customer service is great! Especially when they’re trying to sell you a vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle and it was nice. Until, it almost became a ritual where every 3-4 months something would mess up on my vehicle and I had to take it to get serviced. There’s always a line at their service dept. and it takes anywhere from 3-7days to get your vehicle back. There was even a time they had my vehicle almost 2 months b/c they lost my keys and had to order new ones -allegedly. Their vehicles are really nice with cool features, not worth it breaking down on you constantly. Personally, I traded my vehicle and will never be going back there. This was my personal experience

It's not often that I take the time to post a review because good service is harder to come by these days, especially at a dealership. But I feel obligated to do so this time because the entire staff was awesome. Specifically, Alexis and Nelson were absolute studs throughout our whole car buying experience at Pharr Hyundai. Very professional, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't rush or push us. I felt comfortable and satisfied with the entire experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back here for my next vehicles.

Staff was friendly, but after 4 hours one day and 3 hours the next day of pure waiting for them to "approve" us, we came out with nothing except more excuses. We were told it'd be a 15 minute wait but that turned into hour after hour. Crazy for what was supposed to be a straightforward buy putting more than 60% down. Best part is they asked us to come in the next day only to tell us they sold the car. No apology.
