Communication and administrative handling have been consistently frustrating. I’ve experienced multiple situations where process gaps resulted in fees or unnecessary stress as a resident. I submitted my renter’s insurance documentation a full week before it was due. On the same day it was submitted, I was in active email communication with management and received quick responses. However, the insurance document itself was not acknowledged or reviewed, and I was instead told to renew my lease. When I followed up again the day before the deadline, I was advised to wait. I was only notified after the deadline had passed (eight days after submission) that my coverage amount was insufficient, resulting in a $65 fee that could have been corrected immediately if it had been flagged during the initial email communication. I’ve also dealt with fees at move-in related to utility setup issues and received little support after a hit-and-run occurred in the parking lot, where I was told there were no cameras in that area and to go through my insurance. After experiencing these situations, I agree with what many other tenants have mentioned in their reviews: once the lease is signed, resident concerns often seem to take a back seat. Issues are handled strictly by policy, with little accountability for communication delays or overall resident experience. Overall, the management experience has been disappointing. Automated systems now repeatedly remind residents to pay balances, but proactive communication when issues first arise appears lacking. Great maintenance team though.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have lived in during the past 20 years. The maintenance service is extremely poor, and none of the issues I reported were ever repaired correctly despite multiple maintenance requests. The air conditioning failed three times, and after one maintenance visit, my bathroom wall was left damaged and dirty with debris. The noise level around the pool area is unbearable and often feels like living next to a busy highway rather than in a residential community. Security is also a serious concern, with multiple vehicle break-ins, thefts, and even stolen gym equipment. A friend of mine also had property stolen while living here. Management has failed to properly address these ongoing problems. If there were an option to give less than one star, I would.

I’ve been living here for over a year now, location is great, and the complex is very quiet. Had awful experiences with previous management people, luckily now Gigi and Adi are extremely nice and helpful. They took their time to work with me during my renewal process but unfortunately I won’t be renewing my lease because Ring cameras are not allowed in the front door anymore. I will miss my apartment view to the pond everyday. I totally recommend the complex. Amenities are very nice, the only thing I don’t like is the amenities fee, extremely high just for having valet trash (which I only use once a week), automatic door lock (I prefer to save money using a regular key). So those features should be optional instead of mandatory.

Move-Out Review: Modern apartment & nice space. BUT as a former state housing agency employee, my charges raised many concerns. Charged for things already addressed & on file and not my doing (spreading moldy carpet, especially after raining/humid days). Reported, but no resolve. Lastly, agent who did a quick walk-thru and listed in writing several fees that will be taken from my deposit - one of which “GENERAL CLEANING FEES” which was $150. I did a “white glove test” after I thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the apartment. UPDATE: Lantower reached out. They gave me credit for 1 of the other fees, but didn’t address the “general cleaning fee,” despite me doing a thorough cleaning. Technically, the place looked twice as good as it did the day I moved in. I’d say take pictures of everything before moving in, e-mail it to them (so you have a digital record of what existed) and take pictures of EVERYTHING once you move out.

Terrible place, please don't MOVE HERE. Listen to the reviews of those who have already lived here. It's true, they charge you for everything; they're only interested in getting your money. And if something breaks in your apartment, they'll charge you or fine you for it.

The towing and parking situation at the apartment is the worse , I’ve been a resident for 2 years and because the apartment app resident portal doesn’t keep up to date I’ve had my truck towed I’ve went to the office showed them it’s registered I have proof but on there computer it wouldn’t pop up so I still have to pay the 350 fine to release the truck and they were no help at all don’t recommend

Do not move here if you are looking for a quiet place. There is constant noise in the pool that you can hear even with windows and doors shut. Management refuses to do anything about it. This happens on weekends and weekdays, and has only gotten worse.
