I did not receive the mirror due to confusion with the way it was advertised. And that is disappointing. But nevertheless, we are more than happy with the delivery process. The men who completed the white glove service were polite and professional and our furniture looks amazing.

I ordered 6 dining chairs and was told they would be delivered between 11am-2pm. They rang our doorbell at 7am! We were still sleeping and had to jump up to answer the door. They did a great job installing the items and were very friendly, but we do wish they had been more accurate with the delivery time.

The company called me and gave me a week my items would be delivered, then the week before I received a text and call with a date and 3 hour window. The guys called 30 minutes ahead, and arrived within the given window. They were happy and upbeat even early in the morning and it being hot out. They treated our chairs and property with care and professionally. Both guys were patient, friendly and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!

Henry and Angel were outstanding. They arrived exactly on time, were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient throughout the entire delivery process. They handled everything with great care, set up all of the furniture perfectly, cleaned up completely before leaving, and worked quickly while still being very detail-oriented. What impressed us most was their attitude and professionalism — before leaving, they asked if there was anything else we needed and made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. Scheduling and communication were seamless, and the pre-delivery experience was incredibly organized and efficient. We appreciated the timely updates and clear coordination, which made the entire process stress-free and easy. Most importantly, the delivery experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The two gentlemen who delivered the bed were professional, courteous, efficient, and incredibly respectful of our home. They arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Aaron and Juan were superb! They unpacked, moved and installed our chair swiftly and carefully into our second floor room. Excellent work! We received frequent and timely updates via email, text and calls prior to the delivery experience so we were well prepared and informed along the way.

Delivery performance: Friendly guys but they refused to allow me to inspect the delivery for damage and said that allowing me to inspect is white glove service and they would have to reschedule delivery. That’s not correct. Inform your guys better. Bold letters on the side of the boxes say failure to maintain this box in an upright position, could cause concealed damage to the contents. I watched the delivery guys roll the boxes end over end into my house. Not upright. Left the boxes not upright. Customer service, scheduling and pre-delivery: Good communication however they do not take into account Any requests of timeframes or constraints to the receiver. You get a date a week or two ahead and a time window the day before. If you request another time window, they reschedule completely another week out. Extremely inconvenient and annoying. Ordered from Amazon. Had no control in the delivery company.

5 stars! The delivery of my crib and dresser was excellent from start to finish. Communication was great — I received multiple helpful text and email reminders leading up to delivery. The delivery team was fast, professional, and the process was very smooth. I also appreciated receiving a phone call when they were about 25 minutes away so I could be prepared. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the experience was stress-free. Highly recommend!
